The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe king-size room, which was great! They also gave me welcome fruit. After checking out, I left my tablet in the room, and the staff also actively helped me find it back. This price is really the best value for money hotel! The only regret is that the sound insulation is slightly poor, but it's okay. The location is super convenient. It's very close to Vientiane City by taxi. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station.

Good hotel. The subway stop is literally 5 minutes walk away. You can take the subway from the translation. The hotel is connected to Wanda plaza during the day. There's a little market aswell behind the Wanda. The room was bigger than expected. Good check in. The bed is comfy good pillows. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Location is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Very patient in answering all our questions about going to places in Nanning. Hotel also provided drinks, milk and foot soaks daily. Staff in lobby lent us umbrella when there is rain and even helped to receive our online shopping. All our needs were met even unusual requests to store food we wanted to bring back in their fridge. Feels like home, highly recommended.

Because I brought two children with me, I wanted a few more bottles of mineral water, but I was told that I could only get 2 more bottles. It is also very inconvenient to order takeout. The hotel has two storage locations. At the same address, the takeout staff will randomly deliver to different takeout cabinets, which is very inconvenient to take. Even if the robot delivers it to the door, you have to use the room phone to call and operate it in advance. The phone is extremely difficult to use. I praise the front desk lady Xiao Mo. When she learned that it was my birthday that day, she took the initiative to upgrade the room type and sent a birthday cake. Thank you and the hotel! Anyway, the guys and girls at the front desk are very nice! Next time I go to Nanning, I will probably not choose this hotel again. The five-star hotels I stayed in Nanning before are much better than this one.
