Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Noise insulation was great. Our rooms were near the lift lobby. No noise issues. The bed was the most comfortable one amongst the five hotels we stayed at during our visit in Guangxi. Laundry room available. Free of charge. The basin, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Lots of healthy options. The food presentation was great. Quality coffee was provided. It would be great if the hard boiled eggs were not overcooked. The hotel is located two stations away from Qingxiu park station. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Only 2 - 3 yuan away from Chaoyang and MixC mall. Ample choice of eateries surrounding the hotel. However, mostly Chinese cuisine. The morning market and fruit market are within the proximity. The receptionists were very professional. One of them helped us (5 pax) to book taxis to the airport. It cost CNY124 to the airport. Meter taxi. Overall, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in Nanning several times. The room is clean, spacious and bright, very good! The front desk lady and the housekeeping sister are very polite, and the service is warm and thoughtful! The breakfast is also OK, clean and rich. A very cost-effective hotel, recommended!

Along the way, Maggie and Manager Yuan of the hotel attached great importance to this problem. After negotiating with the property, they supervised the release on the spot that night. Manager Yuan also waited until more than 12 o'clock in the evening to apologize on behalf of the property (this was not the hotel's problem, but the problem of the Jinyue Building property) and reimbursed the taxi fare. It was really sincere. In general, this hotel as a business has been prepared to meet the current holiday passenger flow. Nanning has not had time to adapt. In the case of incomplete urban supporting facilities, a reliable hotel can really make people's journey feel at ease. There are many delicious local foods. Qingxiu Mountain must be visited. I highly recommend the shrimp sashimi, which is delicious. 😋

Moreover, as a service industry, it is your job to provide good service, not to get good reviews. Good reviews are results, not purposes. The room is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is OK, but the headboard is made of fabric and is very dirty! I wiped it several times with a paper towel, and it was all furry dust. It is recommended that the hotel vacuum every day. It is not good that the sink is outside the bathroom, and the faucet of the sink is very loud, and going to the bathroom at night will disturb the people living with you. The so-called smart toilet is an automatic flip and automatic flushing, which is not practical at all. When I just entered the room and walked to the sink to wash my hands, the toilet lid was actually flipped up, and the noise was so loud that I was startled. It flushed the toilet as soon as I sat on it, and it flushed the toilet without closing the toilet lid after I finished using it, which felt unhygienic. The bathroom was very useful, and the cold water was comfortable. The breakfast was simple, and there were not many varieties, but it was quite tasty.
