地理位置很好，早餐無功無過，大堂還算有設計感但是房間小，陳舊，並且被子潮濕，空調和抽濕機一起使用也沒啥作用，説是給了景觀房也看不到什麼，酒店電梯乘的人很多，很多都不是住店客人，都是去15樓17樓的飯店，還有健身房游泳池的人

家庭房很適合有大小孩的三口之家，前台服務很好，入住退房都很順暢。地理位置也不錯。下次來南寧還會選擇入住。

總體來説可能是酒店比較舊設施設備損耗嚴重。空調面板是壞的，需要用鉛筆按。這點不應該。畢竟也是五星級酒店！地毯上有污漬，可能是使用時間太長了，沒有做維護清潔。我們進去的時候發現有兩個枕套是臟的。一個應該是洗滌公司沒有洗乾淨，一個應該就是要省成本，壓根就沒有更替。但是總體來説服務是很好。遇到問題也是積極處理。酒店位置比較好，在地鐵站口，交通比較便利。
畢竟是五星酒店，希望酒店在旺季的時候至少應該做好設施設備的維護和檢修。
