Vienna International Hotel (Nanning Jiangnan Wanda Plaza)

I have to say this three times: bad review, bad review, bad review! We booked this conveniently located Jinjiang hotel for a trip. We arrived very late and were very tired, and the experience was terrible! First, we found blood stains on the sheets! This isn't a hygiene issue that only chain hotels have! Second, the washbasin in the hotel was covered in thick dust, and it looked like it hadn't been wiped in a long time! This is a serious hygiene issue, and we booked this hotel for hygiene reasons! Third, when we were doing laundry, we had to call the front desk to turn the machine on before we could do it! There was a problem with the operation. The front desk called a lady over. I told her that I wanted to use the disinfection mode, but the 45-minute setting was too long. She came up and questioned me about whether I had told the front desk to turn it on for 45 minutes. I said I didn't tell the front desk a time, I told the front desk to turn on the washing machine. Her tone and attitude were very rude the whole time! I finally called and turned on a machine to wash! As a travel enthusiast, I mostly stay in Huazhu hotels. I've stayed in Jinjiang hotels and Hilton International hotels, and none of them require me to call the front desk to turn on the machine. This was my first and last stay in Vienna. I wanted no service, and no hygiene!

Highly recommended, the customer service attitude is very good, the environment is clean and hygienic, and there are many snacks downstairs. Will stay here next time.

Service: Warm and thoughtful, they also provided breakfast coupons and helped wake up; Guest rooms: clean and well-equipped with good facilities. The floors are high and quiet; Breakfast: There are many varieties. As a dessert lover, I fell in love with the small cakes. They were delicious and fresh! Thumbs up, it’s pretty good in every aspect~!
