Vienna International Hotel (Nanning Jiangnan Wanda Plaza)

Choosing this hotel for this trip was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping areas. The room had amazing natural light; opening the curtains revealed a stunning view. The furniture was simple yet comfortable, and I didn't want to get out of bed. The hotel's housekeeping staff were very responsible, cleaning the room spotless every day and proactively refilling drinking water and toiletries. The lobby bar downstairs was also a great option for evening drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

I booked the cheapest room type, and it felt like great value for money, only a little over 200 yuan, including breakfast. There's Wanda Plaza and Jin Street downstairs, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Tingzi Wharf, saving a lot of taxi fares and time. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast had lots of great items [smirk]. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The elevator doesn't require a card to reach any floor, which makes it unsafe, and the rides up and down are quite long. The room facilities are basic and rather old. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Two soft pillows stacked together offered no neck support, resulting in a stiff neck after a night's sleep. One pillow was too low, and two were too high, offering absolutely no comfort; I didn't sleep well at all. Parking is an extra charge, which is unreasonable, costing forty or fifty yuan per night.

I have to say this three times: bad review, bad review, bad review! We booked this conveniently located Jinjiang hotel for a trip. We arrived very late and were very tired, and the experience was terrible! First, we found blood stains on the sheets! This isn't a hygiene issue that only chain hotels have! Second, the washbasin in the hotel was covered in thick dust, and it looked like it hadn't been wiped in a long time! This is a serious hygiene issue, and we booked this hotel for hygiene reasons! Third, when we were doing laundry, we had to call the front desk to turn the machine on before we could do it! There was a problem with the operation. The front desk called a lady over. I told her that I wanted to use the disinfection mode, but the 45-minute setting was too long. She came up and questioned me about whether I had told the front desk to turn it on for 45 minutes. I said I didn't tell the front desk a time, I told the front desk to turn on the washing machine. Her tone and attitude were very rude the whole time! I finally called and turned on a machine to wash! As a travel enthusiast, I mostly stay in Huazhu hotels. I've stayed in Jinjiang hotels and Hilton International hotels, and none of them require me to call the front desk to turn on the machine. This was my first and last stay in Vienna. I wanted no service, and no hygiene!
