First of all, when you placed an order before your stay, we received your notes and feedback on the Ctrip platform (the child has bronchiectasis and needs to be smoke-free and have an extra bed, and is required to be away from the elevator and on a high floor). Our staff immediately controlled the room in advance according to all your requirements and selected a room far away from the elevator to make a smoke-free room and wait for your check-in. During this period, because you booked a superior room on the 11th to 16th floors, the floors on the 11th to 13th floors are wooden, and the 15th and 16th floors are all carpeted. Because we are worried that the carpet will affect your child's bronchiectasis, we contacted you in particular. After communication, you also adopted our advice and chose a room on the 13th floor, which is a relatively high floor and has no carpet.
