Just giving it a one star over all. The location was okay. Not bad. It was clean enough for a budget hotel. But the worst thing was the drilling/ construction work that was being done by the hotel. It was so loud I could not sleep. I pay for a hotel to have a rest not for there to be drilling that starts before 11am in the morning. Absolutely despicable. Really dreadful. Got a headache and with the extreme heat outside it was just a horrible experience overall

Good service. In terms of facilities, an additional bedside table would be needed in the double rooms, a few more towels and larger pillows, if not at least provide for the supplement.

Hôtel sympathique, bien placé selon là où je dois aller. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas démesuré, mais est suffisant (il manque quelques fruits, en plus de la salade de fruits). Par contre, les draps et sur-matelas sont largement plus petits que la literie (ce qui expose le haut et le bas du matelas, et surtout donne l'impression d'un travail mal effectué, le temps de se rendre compte que finalement il est impossible (parce que j'ai essayé, du coup !) de faire tenir un drap-housse plus petit que le matelas...). Bref, adaptez votre linge, ce serait plus professionnel.

I have stayed in many Ibis Hotels before this. Clean, cheap, fairly comfortable. This one was the low point of my trip, though. It was raining and 9 degrees out, but no heat inside. There was a vent of outside air coming into the shower, so too cold to even take clothes off. No kettle for tea, nothing. Staff at the desk were nice enough, but when I asked for a cup of hot water, he gave me warm tap water in a wax cup. Awful! Cannot recommend this one.

Look this is a budget hotel so that is what you get. Staff were helpful, spoke English if that is important to you. Rooms were basic but it’s a budget hotel. They were clean which is important. The car park could be better signposted as we had to park on the street, which wasn’t easy, to ask at the hotel were the car park was. It is before you reach the hotel entrance on the main road, but parked cars partially blocked it. Overall a good experience and worth the budget price we paid.

I genuinely cant believe i paid over £200 per night for this The room was prison like; comprising of a rough metal bed, sponge mattress and very small room to manoeuvre around of it. The bathroom sink was in the room, the walk in shower opened into the main room where a bedside table would be and the toilet was in a small cupboard. I have never experienced a bathroom split between 3 areas especially not one where you have absolute zero privacy. There was no iron or hairdryer - there was 1 available at reception where you have to leave your passport as deposit. It looked as if it was built 100 years ago and the cracks papered over. It was hard to find and in a terrible location with hostile locals. Absolutely everything about this hotel was so grim except for the staff who were lovely

I booked 2 rooms for 14 nights starting from August 31st, 2021 for my family. Early in August 2021 when our family travel itinerary changed, I cancelled the reservation. Since then I have sent several emails to the hotel requesting for refund. The hotel has neither acknowledged nor responded to my emails. In 2021! you have an organization that does not respond to official emails. I have called the contact phone number of the hotel on several occasions, the call never goes through. This is a new low in customer services. if I do not get my refund as soon as possible, I will be left with no choice but to escalate to the Authorities that I have been scammed by the hotel.

Very warm welcome, the whole team was great, I highly recommend this hotel. There was nothing to say about cleanliness and hygiene. Good breakfast with a variety of choices, and service that meets our expectations, the receptionists and the housekeeping team remain at our disposal throughout our stay

Very good stay in this hotel. Its main weak point is its complicated bus access during peak hours from La Défense or Nanterre University. We can also regret the somewhat limited space in the rooms. On the other hand, we must emphasize the extreme kindness of the staff who welcomed us and the very good overall quality (cleanliness and quality of breakfasts in particular). Thank you for this welcome.

Friendly hotel and staff. Perfect and clean room upon arrival. We feel good. The only problem is that parking is a little difficult and private parking is expensive per night.

Very good, nice underground parking lot with 2m height. Quiet room, one person present 24/7

I recommend this hotel, often used professionally. It has just been renovated with comfort that meets IBIS standards. Quiet, comfortable Ibis budget rooms, very warm welcome, Nanterre City very close as well as RER.
