The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! Upon checking in, I asked the reception desk woman if the breakfast was included; she checked our reservation and confirmed breakfast was indeed included. Dropped off the bags and came later in the evening to check in. Again; we asked the night manager if the breakfast was included? The gentleman checked the reservation and confirmed it was… after a 2 night stay checkout; we were charged €76.00 for breakfast. Upon questioning… they refused! This was clearly fraud by the front desk… I’m ok with paying for breakfast… but don’t lie and confirm upon checking in breakfast was included. It’s deceptive and bad business by BEST WESTERN! I have stayed in many of them throughout Europe and particularly enjoyed the one in Avila, Spain. This one in Nantes is a good facility; but the staff is dishonest!

De passage à Nantes, l’hôtel est idéalement placé pour découvrir cette jolie ville. Très jolie décoration, très bonne literie. Et un petit déjeuner au top. Une équipe aux petits soins et surtout un grand merci à Pierre pour son aide lorsqu’il a fallu recharger ma voiture électrique. Je recommande vivement

De passage à Nantes, l'accueil était vraiment top. Très propre et personnel à l'écoute, mention spéciale pour Pierre ! Très très lumineux et spacieux et agréable. A quelques minutes du centre ville il y a vraiment rien à redir pour cet hôtel.

Situé dans un écrin de verdure, juste à côté d'un restaurant étoilé, l'hôtel est très agréable pour son calme, la qualité de la literie, la propreté des chambres et de la salle de réception. Le personnel est souriant et très disponible, notamment Jessica. Petit plus : parking gratuit et sécurisé. Petit bémol : la bière pression, servie au bar, pourrait être d'une qualité supérieure.

Je suis venu il y a peu de temps pour un voyage d’affaire et agréablement surpris par le service et la propreté de l’hôtel . Je tiens à remercier personnellement Jessica qui a su me rediriger vers des lieux à visiter et je la remercie pour sa sympathie et très vite .
