The best hotel in Nantong New Area , Near Everything by walking

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast and excellent friendly staff.

It's very difficult to choose one between Jinshi Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel in Nantong, Jinshi is a Chinese 5 star hotel with good location and their service is really good with better price. Intercontinental is a 5 star International hotel with great decoration and service but in Isolated location far from everything. I stayed in these 2 hotels one after another time, I think I have to add The new Marriott hotel to my list for next time

The first plus point was receiving a call to ask if there were any special requirements for check-in and helping to reserve a parking space. As a result, the parking space at the door was reserved, which was very convenient. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the door. The receptionist Jiajia guided us to the front desk to check in and served us hot towels and hot tea, and also sent us to the room. The room had prepared children's toiletries and slippers as we requested on the phone, and also prepared a small toy for the children! There was a detail in the guest room that really touched me, that is, the corner of the bed was cushioned. I wonder who else can think of such meticulousness except for my family. When the guest room sister Xiuhong learned that I was going to take the children to the zoo the next day, she reminded me to pay attention to adding more clothes and brought cut carrot strips for us to take with us early the next morning. When I asked her, she hadn't even arrived at work yet. It was so warm! When I went home, I found that the car had been washed. What surprised me most about this hotel is the service. Although we encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. After we got home, we received a call from Manager Zhao asking if we arrived safely. I can feel the hotel staff's dedication. Customers are really the top priority! The children also said that they will definitely stay at Jinshi next time they go to Nantong!

Since I was going to Nantong University for an exam, there was no suitable hotel near the South Gate, so I chose this hotel in the relatively close West Gate area. The floors are high, and the 42nd to 56th floors are basically guest room areas. I didn't have any special requirements, and the service was OK. The room card didn't work when I was about to check out. I didn't have time to experience the sauna. It was relatively quiet at night, and it was generally OK.

Service: The reception was warm and thoughtful. A cup of black tea and a hot wet towel were provided upon check-in. The guests were accompanied to the elevator and sent to the door of the room. There were welcome fruits, including two apples, an orange, a pair of knives and forks, a bowl of water and a tablecloth.

The floor I stayed on this time was relatively high, and I could overlook the surrounding municipal square and the Yangtze River. The hotel's service was particularly good, and they also thoughtfully prepared gifts for the concert. I would especially like to thank Miss Gu, who called me to remind me when I forgot a piece of clothing when I checked out, and she immediately delivered it to me.

I couldn't connect to the Internet at first, but I had to restart the device to connect. Also, although the bathroom door was closed, it still leaked when I took a shower. The corners were not cleaned. The hotel came to confirm whether I would check in one day in advance and asked if there was an underground parking lot and whether there were electric car charging stations. They said yes, but when I asked when I checked in, they said the charging stations were in the parking lot next to the hotel. I was speechless.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel asked about our special needs in advance and arranged everything for us. We arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock and were given snacks, which were delivered to the room by the concierge. There were fruits in the room, and even the knives were prepared, which was thoughtful and considerate. The room was on the 40th floor with a good view. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the environment was good, and I was very happy to eat. Coupled with the luxurious and gorgeous hotel decoration style, it was really a wonderful stay experience. The hotel is located opposite the subway station, with convenient transportation. I will stay there next time if there is a concert. Recommended.
