房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，很安靜，定了兩間房，還給升級了房間，早餐種類豐富，孩子喜歡，離萬象城不遠，吃喝玩樂方便

在南通的旅行都很滿意，唯獨這個酒店。需要付費88一位的早餐裏有頭髮，房間很小，馬桶什麼的也不是智能的。前台很客套的問房間住的怎麼樣，我説房間小，然後就沒聲音了，乾脆別問了好嗎？何必這麼客氣呢。像住了個快捷酒店。。。。就是多花了點錢

本次帶小朋友去南通野生動物園，攜程上按遠近搜尋了一下酒店，最終選定希爾頓歡朋酒店。果然沒讓我們失望。
動物園投喂禮包:因為要去動物園，酒店很貼心的送了一份胡蘿蔔用投喂。
環境整體比較整潔乾淨，服務很好，我們最在乎的早餐也非常好吃。家人非常滿意。當然本次最滿意的還是我們的工作人員，小周和小陸，由於我們急着趕路，小孩的電話手錶落在酒店房間的被子下。當時已經離開了酒店，還多虧他們兩位熱心幫忙，及時找到，並免費幫我們郵寄回家。總之這一次整體體驗非常棒，下次來南通，一定還要再去一次。

想去野生動物園，就選了比較近的這家酒店，店設施比較新，服務也比較周到。定的七點多出發去動物園，早飯都來不及吃，於是和餐廳商量讓我們打包一些包子燒麥烤腸之類的在路上吃，服務員們都很熱心，幫忙拿了打包袋，感謝餐廳的羅阿姨幫忙一起打包，讓孩子在路上吃到了熱騰騰的包子和燒麥。開車去動物園就十幾分鍾，很幸運趕上了第一波進園沒排隊。感謝酒店的所有員工，想去動物園的非常推薦入住。
