Super awesome, this hotel! The service at the front desk was super enthusiastic and enthusiastically helped us drag our luggage to the front desk even though it was very late when we arrived. The room is clean and beautiful. The king-size bed is big and the independent wooden house with slide is very unique. Check-in before 5:00 pm and welcome afternoon tea. Unfortunately, I was already asleep in the middle of the night and was awakened by the sound of four young girls playing and running. Although It's not the hotel's fault and they apologized to us the next day, but it left a bad impression.

I have been to Sun Moon Lake many times, but I have never found such a beautiful castle. I am very much looking forward to staying here this time. The location is not far from Sun Moon Lake and Puli. It takes about 20 minutes. It is very convenient to eat in Puli city. There is a bathtub in the room, but the stairs are very steep and easy to slip, so be careful. The breakfast the next day was a bit disappointing. It was a one-plate breakfast. There was a self-service bar for drinks. The food style and portion size were not large. There was only a small piece of lettuce. It is recommended to add a salad bar and some fruits. In addition, the waiter asked us to put the tableware into the recycling cart after our meal. This surprised me. Breakfast was not a buffet and it was just a plate. Couldn't the waiter help take it away? In such a beautiful and high-quality environment, a recycled food truck (see photo) is really out of place and a bit disappointing. I hope the hotel can be better and improve the service quality. Overall we are satisfied
