A very design-conscious hotel. The entrance, lobby, infinity pool, and spacious accommodation are all extremely low-key and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious and rich. Our stay at Sun Moon Lake Bi Han Building was definitely the highlight of our trip to Sun Moon Lake. Highly recommended!

I am a person who loves the sea, but lying in the room and looking at the nearby Sun Moon Lake and the distant mountains gives people another kind of tranquil beauty! Although the hotel has a sense of age, it is well maintained and does not feel shabby at all. In terms of service, from the moment I checked in and did not get off the car, I began to feel at home. Considering the rugged mountain road, they will take the initiative to help guests park their cars. Worried that guests will have to wait for check-in at the front desk, they will directly invite guests to drink tea and eat snacks in the lobby cafe and wait. After the room is cleaned up, they will directly move all the luggage into the room. When checking out, they will take the initiative to ask if you need help taking photos! And the service guys are very handsome and gentle! Originally, I just experienced it by the way, but this stay has planted grass in my heart! I will come again when I come to Taiwan in the future!

The service is excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. You can go early and eat slowly. Checking out at 12 o'clock is really a super leisurely experience. After checking out, you can go to the museum at the door.

The room type booked is different from the actual one. After asking the platform, we can only compromise. I won’t go into details here. The overall accommodation environment is damp. When the elevator opens, there is a slight musty smell when you step out. The hardware facilities should be updated.

The beautiful scenery happens to be rainy one day and sunny the other. I was very lucky to see Sun Moon Lake in two different situations at Hanbi Tower. The room was very well maintained, except for the fact that the shower water pressure was shockingly strong, and I was worried about the wooden floor in the toilet, which was something I shouldn't have worried about. The whole thing is really great, besides being beautiful.

The room was large but dimly lit. The water in the water basin on the table looked dirty. The bath gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were not squeezed out of the bottle and had to be unscrewed and poured out. The breakfast was not tasty.
