Minsu is very family orientated, room is big and spacious for quadruple room. It is simple but sufficient for us. We loved the bosses' friendliness and letting us know the nearby attractions, food to eat. They do sell the tickets for aboriginal cultural village and it's cheaper than Klook. The breakfast that they served are piping hot and different food for 2 nights' stay. Highly recommended. Do head up to the roof top for stunning view.

I enjoyed my stay here but I wish the room had been a little cleaner. There were a few dead bugs on the floor. The towels they gave were one time use only. Maybe it is because of Covid in the last few years but they were not very good and not very environmental friendly. Breakfast was basic but enough for me. The views from the balcony were amazing and it was very quiet when I was there.

The boss lady is very kind and will introduce you to the environment. She is also very enthusiastic to make tea and chat with you. The bathroom and toilet are very clean, the public areas are also well maintained, the beds are very good, and the roommates this time are great and know how to say hello. Very good location. Close to qingjing and have good view from the room and dining place. Water was very hot and even provide eclectic blanket . Host is a very nice lady, she recommended the place to visit and give clear instructions. She is humorous and helpful. She even lend us the key to enter the hostel even after we checked out as we keep the luggage there.

Listening to the locals explaining the Sun Moon Lake, we have a new perspective to enjoy here, not just look at the lake, and then take a boat ride. Guiyue Village is near Shuishen Village. It is very close to the ferry from Shuishen Village. You can take a boat from the ferry to Ita Thao and the folk theme park (the aboriginal park). The family room we lived in had two large beds, which was very spacious and comfortable. The stairs leading to the room are a bit steep so it wouldn’t be very convenient if you had a lot of luggage, but apart from this three-story folklore it feels like our second home, the owner and his family are very kind and will tell us a lot about Sun Moon Lake useful information. The B&B is only willing to refund the rent for one day. This time it was a super typhoon. It was very dangerous to be on Qingjing Mountain with heavy wind and heavy rain. I believe most people would not take the risk of going up the mountain to stay. This time I am very dissatisfied that the homestay is unwilling to refund all the rent, but I am satisfied that trip.com has fought for me on my behalf.
