The room was able to see the lake and sunrise. The room is very clean and quite roomy. The hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included, ours was salad, eggs and fruits which is a tasty healthy one.

Excellent location. The room was clean and tidy. Will stay here again if I visit Sun Moon Lake again.

It is a good spot to buy necessary stuffs and an access full place to see some view and go other view spot you want to see. facilities is so so. service is just ok. restaurant persons probably tke your food plans and bowl quickly if you don't notice that, it is kind of rude way. except this , other aspects is ok or so so for this restaurant. besides,you can rent bike easily outside in this spot.

I was very lucky to stay in room 604, with a 270° view of the lake. The bed faced the lake view. very beautiful. After it rains at night, there is another kind of beautiful scenery, as if you are in a foreign country. A really rare housing experience. The bathroom is just the right size, the water pressure is strong and very comfortable. Slippers in the room and bathroom are provided which is very considerate. An afternoon tea is provided for each person that day, with four different teas and cookies. Full of sincerity! Breakfast includes simple dishes, including vegetarian or Western-style toast, fried foods, and freshly fried vegetables. Cooking white porridge is delicious, but what seems simple is actually not easy. Even a few simple dishes are guaranteed to fill you up. Beverages include black tea, fresh milk, oat milk, and coffee machine. The waiter at the counter was very enthusiastic and the introduction was very detailed. Any questions can be assisted. There is a parking lot next to the B&B, which is very convenient. It is important to have an elevator‼ ️There are outdoor seats on the first floor which are very comfortable! There is also a cute cat for company. I highly recommend this B&B and will come back next time.

Excellent view from my room, hotel is in a great location and the staff seem friendly. The breakfast selection is good. The downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. There is dirt in the corners of the rooms and too much mould in the bathroom for the price of the hotel. Needs a deep clean in the bathrooms.

I am 1/25 staying in the double room on 606 and smelled a very strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered it. It was like the smell of smoke in KTV. The water in the same jacuzzi is also very cold. This time of year this place is quite cold, especially at night, so it would be great if you could swim or soak in warm water. We didn't see a person swimming when we lived there. Now talk about breakfast: breakfast should have been from 7 to 9:30. We arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock and saw a smileless lady. My wife and I have been constantly feeling the friendship and enthusiasm of the Taiwanese people during our two-week trip to Taiwan, and we are impressed and happy with this, so we will not be less impressed by Taiwan because of this unpleasant experience. However, if you want to feel the hospitality of Taiwan, I suggest you try other hotels. (Fortunately, we didn't have dinner in the hotel restaurant before, otherwise we would be disappointed twice. We went to the Regal Resort B&B 50 yards away and had a very interesting and enjoyable dinner in a garden lit by candles. The place also has guest rooms, full of artwork and tourist souvenirs. This one might also be a good choice in the area.)

The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

Location is short throw from nantou bus stop. Slight walking distance to 7-Eleven. Has hotpot restaurant at the hotel lobby. Good mountain scenic view from hotel. Only down side was that there are no road light outside. If wanna grab thing from 7-Eleven at night, hotel can lend a torchlight for u to walk there.

Pro: 1. It is near cingjing farm. you need to walk 5 minutes down and 8 minutes up for the cpc station cum bus stop 2. do check out before 1045am so you can walk up to take 11am bus. 3. there is a cafe beside 4. conformable bed Con: 1. the hot water is not consistent 2. should have a holder at shower area 3.breakfast so so remark: you can book but you would prefer on near to 7-11 instead.
