酒店優點：
1️⃣酒店位置比較好，在南雄市政府邊上；
2️⃣停車場車位多，好停車；
缺點：衞生欠佳（見下）
作為一個老酒店，號稱是三星級，有點名不符實。
設施：
優點：有2個箱子打開放置的地方；有3張座椅，方便使用。
缺點：牆上衹有一個插座，兩人手機充電衹能拔掉電視機插座。
衞生有諸多不足：
1️⃣進入房間有明顯的怪臭氣味；
2️⃣地板鋪了地毯，顯得臟兮兮的；
3️⃣臨睡之前掀開被子，感覺沒有新換的乾淨被子的氣味、摺痕，反而覺得布料皺皺的，有睡痕，枕頭套也一樣，覺得時間太晚，沒有叫前台來處理了，

這家酒店在網上評價不是很高，但實際住宿體驗下來，還是很不錯的，雖然設施等有些陳舊，但是房間還是乾淨整潔，設施基本齊全，還提供咖啡和茶葉及礦泉水，停車場很大，周圍環都不錯，早餐也蠻好，尤其是酒店內可以吃晚飯，免房卡8.8折優惠，菜品味道不錯。房價也不高，也很適合旅友們住宿。

開始是下單了這個單，便宜的房間，去了發現房間特別臟，裝修20年，黑嘛嘛的，覺得不符合，就問前台是否有好房間可以升級，後面服務員帶領我們升級了9樓的加了50元，還是覺得不好，就又讓服務員帶我們看了11樓的銀信主題的新房，相當滿意！傍晚沒有什麼感覺，到了11點開始聲音非常大，打電話讓客服處理，他以沒有房間的理由讓我們退房，或者換樓下原來看了不好的房間，開始還説是風箱的原來，後面乾脆説沒有這個事情，最麪通知處理，説第二天他們老大來了退差價，那晚我們一直到凌晨3點都無法睡覺，最後是實在困得不行快天亮才睡着的，第二天退房，他們主管直接不認，説沒有這個事情！

大堂光鮮，掛實際房間裏面設施非常差勁落後。衞生條件非常惡劣，有股黴味，還有死蟑螂。空調又響又沒有暖氣！服務人員態度很一般，投訴了被服有蟑螂，有黴味，也是敷衍了事，説等酒店經理處理，但是遲遲沒跟進處理。這樣居然還能掛牌3星酒店，建議相關衞生部門進行衞生巡查！

在市區周邊吃東西方便。停車方便有充電樁，對開電車的比較方便。酒店設施一般。主要問題是衞生狀況有待改善，沙發上和衞生間很多頭髮。前台有一位服務員態度不太好，説話生硬。
