It was adequate for the price. The pool is small and crowded but my kids didn’t mind. The fitness center needed to be cleaned and restocked with wipes and hand sanitizer and the stability ball is so old it’s hard. I asked them to clean it after working out but it hadn’t been cleaned or restocked the next morning when I used it again. The breakfast was fine but the woman taking care of it could’ve used some help to keep up with the crowd. The room was clean and comfortable and our requests for extra blankets and pillows was promptly handled. The staff was friendly and professsional.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room had a desk, one chair, a window bench, luggage shelf, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. There was a handicapped shower installed by someone who did not know what they were doing. The shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. The shower curtain was about 2 inches too short. The curtain rod curved out but the couple inch ridge that separated the shower from the rest of the bathroom floor was straight so between that and the too short shower curtain the water went all over half the large bathroom onto slippery tile. Also the shower floor was flat and didn't drain very well. The bathroom floor was showing the water damage. The staff and the room was nice but the bathroom wasn't safe or convenient if the shower was used.

We drove from california here. It was a 12 hour drive and the staff was pleasant upon arrival, the check in was quick and we were gratfeul for a clean room and soft pillows to sleep with after our trip. Also the free breakfast in the lobby was amazing

I have stayed here before, so I knew what I was getting. It's clean and newish. A bit out of the way, but only like 2 minutes.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed it and staff was nice! Pool is small but hardly anyone ever used it. Breakfast was great and yummy. There were gluten free options too. Place was clean and comfy

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast included waffles and pancakes as well as the normal quick grab items. The room while not overly large was well set up and had plenty of room for your luggage and items so you never felt cramped or cluttered.

We were out in a room next to the elevator which woke me up at 5:30 every morning. There were stains on the carpet and dirty spots on the bed skirt. We found a few hairs in the bathroom. The thing that upset me the most is that we were in Utah where smoking is prohibited in public buildings. I could smell smoke as i walked past certain rooms. I reported this to the front desk and they said, "Unfortunately, it happens sometimes." When I checked out the next day, I noticed this very contradicting sign that said, "THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking is permitted in designated guest rooms only." What a joke and violation of Utah State law.

There was plenty of room in our room, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ve stayed at a couple different hotels in Vernal, and this has been our favorite. We will be coming back to this one!
