The first thing to decide is a "suite", but it is actually just a single room of 25 square meters with a small bathroom. Stayed for three days but the room was not cleaned one day. The service attitude at the front desk and breakfast was very good, but otherwise there was nothing special about it. The facilities in the room are very poor, so bad that there is only a bed, a chair and a small bar, no table, no tea cup...

Purtroppo solo per una notte. Hotel molto comodo per girare il centro di Napoli. Un vecchio monastero ristrutturato con cura e ricco di particolari, personale super gentile e sempre a disposizione, ottima la colazione a buffet. Ciliegina sulla torta la terrazza al 3 piano panoramica. TOP Sabrina

Ottima esperienza da provare! Colazione super! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, albergo appena ristrutturato. Un grande saluto al mitico Giovanni che è stato gentilissimo e simpaticissimo. Si trova nel quartiere del vomero vicino alla fermata della metro, quindi è anche comodo e tranquillo

POSTO SPETTACOLARE GESTITO DA PERSONE FANTASTICHE, SEMPRE MOLTO DISPONIBILI, CHE TI FANNO SENTIRE VERAMENTE IN FAMIGLIA. SANNO ANCHE DARE PREZIOSI CONSIGLI SUI POSTI DA VISITARE E SUI RISTORANTI TIPICI DA PROVARE. L'HOTEL SI TROVA IN UN'OTTIMA POSIZIONE SIA PER IL PANORAMA CHE PER LA VICINANZA CON I MEZZI PUBBLICI. DI RECENTE RISTRUTTURAZIONE, HA CAMERE AMPIE E LUMINOSE CHE SI AFFACCIANO SU UN CORRIDOIO CON VISTA SUL CHIOSTRO. I MATERASSI ED I CUSCINI SEMBRANO STUDIATI APPOSTA PER ACCOGLIERE GLI OSPITI STANCHI DALLE LUNGHE PASSEGGIATE E PERMETTERE LORO DI RIPOSARE AL MEGLIO. PARTICOLARE MOLTO INTERESSANTE, UNA GRANDE TERRAZZA CON AFFACCIO SUL GOLFO, SULLA CITTA' E SUL VESUVIO. ESPERIENZA DA RIPETERE SICURAMENTE.

It is a former convent adapted into a hotel but which has retained all the prestige of the old religious structure. We stayed there last weekend and had a spacious and clean triple room. Exceptional panorama. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. We thank Simona for her availability and patience.

I wait 20 minutes for a table and that's fine, nothing to say but since we were in a hurry we decided to have a coffee at the counter, a service that is done, I ask the waiter anyway to be safe and he says yes of course go inside, here HERE COMES THE BEST, I've already been at the checkout for 5 minutes, I've been waiting patiently for a person to order and consume at the counter without any problems, the gentleman in front of me was already giving the receipt and a somewhat hysterical lady approaches, absolutely unable to handle the amount of people present (who I sincerely hope is not the owner) and in an unpleasant and not at all professional manner ordered the cashier not to give the receipt and that from that moment on it was no longer possible to take anything at the counter, that is, all without even communicating with us 3 customers in line, not even the slightest consideration. So I say, you see, there are two people queuing at the checkout, it would have been much more professional if he had said give the last two receipts to the gentlemen queuing for drinks at the counter and then let's block it for a moment because they are overwhelmed with tables. But literally kicking people out like this I think is something of absolute baseness.
