The first thing to decide is a "suite", but it is actually just a single room of 25 square meters with a small bathroom. Stayed for three days but the room was not cleaned one day. The service attitude at the front desk and breakfast was very good, but otherwise there was nothing special about it. The facilities in the room are very poor, so bad that there is only a bed, a chair and a small bar, no table, no tea cup...

A quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, close to the sea, quiet and comfortable! The breakfast is rich and delicious, recommended!

房間乾淨舒適,前台的服務非常熱情!離開時正巧碰到出租車司機大罷工,前台小哥開車送的我們去機場!推薦!

Between Christmas and New Year I was in Naples, it's a beautiful city. I stayed in a wonderful hotel, transformed from a monastery into a hotel, where you can find peace and quiet during the night, the rooms are large and spacious with a view of the islands of Capri, Costa amalfitana and you can admire the Vesuvius volcano from a the terrace! Staff always available, polite! If you have thirsty, there is a bar in front with a view of the sea where you can feel the scent of the sea!!!

We were a family of 6, 4 in 1 room and 2 in another. The stay was excellent, the rooms were great, and one had a great view of the sea and the other of the courtyard but had a good level of natural light. Beds very comfy and clean. Rooms are good size and clean. The bathroom is contemporary and clean. It's a simple breakfast but still good enough. The staff are great and friendly. It is a decent walk to many places to eat and the metro. The location is great for example, on Day 1 we took a fast train to Rome, on Day 2 a fast train to Sorrento, a bit of time there then a taxi to Amalfi, on Day 3 a taxi to Naples Marina then a fast boat to Capri and final day around Naple’s coast. I would recommend this hotel.

Luigi was extremely helpful with excellent advice for travelling around Napoli. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Quite rooms, view to Capri and safe location in Vomero makes this a great choice.

Perfect spot for a trip to Naples. Incredible views. Warm and accommodating staff. Quaint setting. Lovely outdoor spaces. Great breakfast. Great value. The hotel is located in the Vomero. You can take a ride on the funicular down to the historic center whenever you wish to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Naples' historic districts, then return after a day of touring to the unique charms of this hilltop neighborhood with its own shops, restaurants etc. We would definitely return to this charming hotel and we rate our stay as excellent.

Nice building with patio, good situated - unfortunately very loud, in- and outside. Parties every night, traffic noise and concerts. Friendly Italian (young) staff - lacking an international standard. Could do better for non-Italian guests. Breakfast recommended.

The Chiostro is located in the Vomero district, above the noisy and lively city centre. The Vomero is characterised by wide tree-lined streets, some of which are pedestrianised and home to many cafes, restaurants and trattorie, perfect for the evening passeggiata. Ten minutes or so away on foot from the Chiostro, the city of Naples can be explored via the funiculars (there are two) as well as further afield using the metro, tickets are valid for both. The Chiostro is a converted monastery facing a small square, with a wide vista of the city below and the island of Capri besides being next door to a wooded park. Among the hustle and bustle of a city such as Naples, it is truly a quiet place where one can relax. The conversion is a fairly recent one and the room was very well furnished with all amenities. We were given a very warm welcome by the staff, typical of this part of the world. They were very helpful in suggesting places to visit making this first visit to Naples a memorable one.

The Chiostro San Francesco is a beautiful new boutique hotel that successfully reimagines part of the old church next door. Located in the tree-lined Vomero quarter of Naples, it is an easy walk to the metro and funicular and to many small cafes, restaurants, tabbachi, gelaterias and shops. The staff has been outstanding and helpful. When I asked about tea, they brought up a tray with an electric kettle, cups and selection of teas. Our room (19) has amazing views of the water and island of Capri shrouded in mist. A few blocks away is the Villa Floridiana park, a quiet oasis in this hyper city. The hotel has a to floor terrace and a cloister at its heart, both struck as great venues for weddings and other events. Definitely hope to stay here again. Reasonable rates include breakfast buffet.

It is a former convent adapted into a hotel but which has retained all the prestige of the old religious structure. We stayed there last weekend and had a spacious and clean triple room. Exceptional panorama. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. We thank Simona for her availability and patience.

SHAMEFUL TO SAY LITTLE I'll start by saying that I have never given a review, positive or negative, in 31 years of life. But something like this has never happened to me. I wait 20 minutes for a table and that's fine, nothing to say but since we were in a hurry we decided to have a coffee at the counter, a service that is done, I ask the waiter anyway to be safe and he says yes of course go inside, here HERE COMES THE BEST, I've already been at the checkout for 5 minutes, I've been waiting patiently for a person to order and consume at the counter without any problems, the gentleman in front of me was already giving the receipt and a somewhat hysterical lady approaches, absolutely unable to handle the amount of people present (who I sincerely hope is not the owner) and in an unpleasant and not at all professional manner ordered the cashier not to give the receipt and that from that moment on it was no longer possible to take anything at the counter, that is, all without even communicating with us 3 customers in line, not even the slightest consideration. So I say, you see, there are two people queuing at the checkout, it would have been much more professional if he had said give the last two receipts to the gentlemen queuing for drinks at the counter and then let's block it for a moment because they are overwhelmed with tables. But literally kicking people out like this I think is something of absolute baseness. Also because dear lady, if you thought, what do I care about losing €1 worth of coffee, the warning that you can't know if that coffee would become a wedding or a baptism, learn to manage customers with grace and professionalism before doing a job such. FIRST AND LAST time I will set foot there and have the events done by themselves. The spectacular location, nothing to say regarding the friendly and helpful staff but as regards the blonde lady at the counter, I advise her to take a course on customer management because if she continues like this she will lose the two customers or rather 3 including the gentleman in front to me today, he will lose many others. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED IF I COULD GIVE -1 I would give it to the flyer as a score
