The location is about 15 minutes from the station, but it's in a very alley, and the service is good and friendly, but the bed was too soft and there were no cushions, so I felt sick.

La experiencia fue muy buena, fácil para hacer el check in, con una habitación amplia, moderna y adecuada a nuestras necesidades. Requerimos alimentos sin gluten y pudimos cumplir con la dieta necesaria para un celiaco. Un lugar recomendable además por su ubicación vecina a la estación central de trenes.

Bellissima esperienza, camera ampia, idem bagno, finestre insonorizzate al top, ottima colazione varia, ottima disponibilità dello staff che ci ha consigliato e indirizzato nei ristoranti della zona, posto strategico avendo non molto lontano la metro e Spaccanapoli a due passi, da rifare sicuramente.

Questa è stata la mia seconda volta, struttura ottima situata in zona centralissima. Camera e bagno ampi, pulitissimi e comodi. Top le ciabattine da camera offerte con il kit da bagno. La colazione è varia e abbondante, l'accoglienza del titolare sempre al massimo (ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura per tutta la giornata fino al momento della partenza). Torneremo!!!!!

The communication was good and that was very reassuring. Admittedly, when my taxi dropped me off I was a little confused as it was a little unclear where I was going. This hotel is in what looks like a residential building on a residential street- I just wasn't expecting it hence being uncertain of where I was. I called and was given clear instructions. One thing to note, is if you need to use the elevator for luggage on weekdays, it's 10 euros. It is only 1 floor up so not hard to make your way up and down without luggage. It is self check in (I arrived late afternoon) and while that wasn't made clear before I arrived, it was easy enough to get in and settled. The room was a bit stark but absolutely clean and had space. The window opened and that was really nice. I was comfortable for the two days I stayed. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful in calling me a taxi for the airport. One thing I want to mention, I've seen reviews about this hotel being in a dirty part of town etc. In my limited experience with Naples, the city as a whole is gritty and chaotic (beautifully so). This hotel is not in an area I found to be any grittier and certainly not dirty. It may be startling if you are not from a busting city but I wouldn't define this area as unsafe or dirty. B&B certainly did the job for offering a spacious/clean room at a very affordable price. I was happy I stayed.

Don't let the exterior of the building throw you. We had a great stay here, the room was spacious, clean, and appeared recently updated! A great location- close to the central train station and historic center and we felt very safe. The staff was communicative via whatsapp leading up to our stay and was there to help check in. Probably the largest bathroom of our whole trip. We would definitely stay again

Ottima la posizione. Camere spaziose, pulite, e silenziose. colazione ricca, dolce e salata più delizie napoletane!!!!! Posizione strategica per spaccanapoli, proprio a due passi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura al primo piano di un antico palazzo vicina a molte attrazioni della città, Location molto accogliente pulita e ordinata. camere molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort con bagni ampi e ben curati, consiglierei di dotarli di uno specchio ingranditore per soddisfare le esigenze degli over 50. Colazione abbondante salata e dolce con prodotti tipici locali tra i quali sfogliatelle buonissime, mancava solo della frutta fresca e secca che avremmo gradito ma siamo stati comunque benissimo. Renato è un ottimo padrone di casa, cordiale, preciso , si è dimostrato molto disponibile sin dalla prima telefonata per la prenotazione. Grazie infinite Lo consiglio vivamente, ci torneremo

La stanza é pulita é bellissima con uno stile spartano. Vista sul centro di Napoli,personale gentilissimo è sempre a disposizione ho apprezzato l’idea di organizzarti servizi la colazione é continentale con pochi riferimenti che sei a Napoli ma molto buona le uniche pecche sono la mancanza della fascia sul wc il muro un po’ rovinato e i bicchieri in plastica ma sono tutte cose che si possono migliorare
