Excellent service, room clean. Friendly staff. Without any questions, at my request, they brought two glasses of wine. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. The downside is the location. You will have to climb the mountain on foot, but you can also use the funicular. The station is a couple of minutes from the room. But this location is also a plus, because from the terrace there is an excellent view of the entire city with Vesuvius in the background.

It’s a bit hard to find , and the phone number was wrong but eventually we found it. Beside this little inconvenient, it is pretty nice and clean. Ideal for friends or couples, not sure for solo as it’s in a rough area unless you know you’re way around. Good value for money. Reception very kind and helpful.

A stroke of luck in Naples* I discovered this 3*** hotel by chance. It is a former small monastery. Completely renovated. Very clean. Had a single room with a comfortable bed and a magnificent view of Naples and the Gulf of Naples. The staff, including the ladies from the cleaning team, deserve special praise. Friendly, helpful and professional. Internet connection perfect. Breakfast room on the ground floor - access to a small garden. From the unfortunately unused roof terrace you also have a great view of the city and the sea. I couldn't get a proper picture of the location on Google Maps. It is in a small alley below Corso V. Emanuele. You walk a few steps from the Corso or down the path after the small gas station (100m) - the hotel is very easy to reach with the beach cable car "Funicolare di Montesanto". 5 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Naples. There are 2 restaurants, a pizzeria and a "chicken grill" in the immediate vicinity. Arrival from the airport: Alibus to Garibaldi main station - then metro to Montesanto and then funicular* I can highly recommend this 3*** hotel. It is very easy to get to, but you can retreat from the city there.

Extremely hard pillows, staff with inappropriate behavior. They didn't give us our deposit back even though nothing was damaged. There were ants in the breakfast croissants. It is located in a very bad and dangerous neighborhood..

It is not the easiest to find. If you’re staying here be prepared to walk a lot.

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Well renovated hotel, very bright, quiet and peaceful. Fantastic panoramic terrace offering a beautiful view of Naples and Vesuvius. Abundant, very varied buffet breakfast with fresh products. Guarded parking in the internal garden but with difficult access (accessed only by lift). Another flaw in the bathroom is there is no bidet. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for location, good value for money, cleanliness and friendliness.

My stay inside the hotel is nice and great. However, its so hard to go to hotel, from metro station, you need to walk 18 minutes to reach the place, not only that, its stairs going up the hill, i felt unsafe in the residential area especially im solo traveller with my heavy suitcase. Good thing Ather (one of the receptionists) helped me with my suitcase when going down the hill the next morning as its really struggle around the area. If they could have like a bus stop near the hotel for the guests to just walk atleast 5 min, that would be great.

The stay was not carried out Once we arrived near the structure it was practically impossible to park and what's more the alley was not well frequented… We tried to call but whoever answered after mistaking us for a friend of his was unable to give us correct information given the precarious Italian with which he expressed himself Moral of the story... we looked for another hotel despite having unfairly paid the full amount of the room
