Ostello Bello Napoli

The location is very good, right between the old and modern part, the staff is very friendly but my room was next to the common room and they played very loud music every day until 1am and then people stayed there talking or making noise then you couldn't rest well, the mattresses are thin and the beds make a noise at the slightest movement. The bathrooms are good and so is the breakfast.

I never thought a youth hostel could be so clean, highly recommended! Although it is a shared bathroom, it is very clean, and it is clearly written when to clean the toilet, the corridor, the room, etc., all have access control, and their access control is also turned on and off with an app. It is very suitable for me who hates keys. Its location is very suitable. After checking in, you will also be given a welcome drink. On weekend nights, their third floor is very crowded and lively.

Ho prenotato tramite agenzia una doppia superior in Hotel, con colazione, una camera con letti singoli. Pagamento anticipato a prenotazione avvenuta. Appena arrivate io e mia figlia ,ci siamo ritrovate in un ostello dei giovani e non in un hotel tantomeno 4stelle. In booking controllando era un tre stelle. In ogni caso, noi non avremmo mai prenotato in una struttura alberghiera condivisa con un ostello, all’insaputa (non riportato nella descrizione struttura) Ho pagato quindi per hotel non per ostello e relativi essenziali servizi. Certo,il 5piano dava la parvenza di camere d’albergo ma, se fossero state tali, non mi veniva risposto dal receptionist, che io dovevo esporre un cartellinocon su scritto “ rifare stanza”. Regole internazionali, dicono l’esatto contrario:appendere il “ non disturbare “ se non vuoi farti riassettare la tua camera. Inoltre dopo mia richiesta, negata, di farla pulire prima della notte, mi e’ stato proposto invece cambio stanza, ovviamente non superior, e nella quale ci siamo trovate molto a disagio visto che era sprovvista di balcone/tende oscuranti, bicchieri porta spazzolini in bagno, tiretto per sciacquone wc e cuscini talmente sottili da doverli appallottolare. Lato pessimo anche per la misera colazione, improvvisata su un tavolino pieghevole per bibite calde, e trasformando un tavolo da biliardo in un piano per alimenti. Pulizia del tutto molto superficiale. Tutto sommato però,!il personale era davvero gentile e disponibile, ma mancava la struttura stessa!considero l prezzo molto elevato a notte x il servizio proposto. Considero che dovrebbe essere specificato che è condiviso con ostello, considero assurdo essere di ordinare io il riassetto e infine e’ stato assurdo chiedermi 3,50€ per depositare i bagagli tre ore.Non consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno,non è un hotel na un ostello.

O local é razoável e bem localizado, só que há muito barulho pela noite, talvez seja pelo fato de ser frequentado por vários jovens. Se você não se importa com isso, é uma excelente hospedagem, se prefere noites mais calmas, talvez não seja o local mais indicado. Outro ponto interessante é o fato de se localizar bem próximo a maioria dos principais pontos turísticos de Nápoles e a poucos passos da estação de metrô (Toledo).
