The owner is a very caring person. She gave detail information regarding all procedures being taken. From taxi service to facilities.
This place is within a convenient central location to both ferry ports.

Não é propriamente um hotel no verdadeiro sentido da palavra. Trata-se de um apartamento num prédio antigo, com apenas 3 quartos, todos com WC. Não servem pequenos almoços, até porque não têm espaços para o efeito. O quarto denominado "femmele" era muito pequeno quase sem espaço para o mala. O chuveiro era com cortina que, por ser curta, molhava o pavimento exterior. Não havia necessidade, era só colocar um cortina mais comprida. Está bem localizado, e é limpo. Não fora a colocação de um espelho na casa de banho o dia da chegada, que ficou mal colado e foi descaindo ficando perigoso sem resolução apesar do recados que deixámos e teria melhorado um pouco a nota dada

Solo son tres habitaciones decoradas en plan barato, dos dan a la calle, oscura y sucia (por eso no muestran la entrada en su publicidad) y la otra a un patio interior deprimente. En la habitación pequeña, el baño carecía de puerta y el dispensador de jabón de la ducha no funcionaba, era muy pequeño y no cabíamos dos al mismo tiempo. Tuvimos que esperar a que alguien viniera a recibirnos y darnos las llaves. No volvió a aparecer nadie hasta el último día. No se nos dió la posibilidad de desayuno y eso que se anunciaban como b&b. Únicamente hay una cestita con infusiones y sobres de café y un hervidor de agua y lo tienes que pagar. Si quieres aire acondicionado también lo has de pagar aparte (5€ al día). A favor, la situación, cerca de todo lo interesante y la limpieza

we stayed on Saturday and Sunday night in this b&b the positive note is the very central location the negative is that the room was not cleaned or at least in such a way that not even my 9 year old daughter would put the bed up without being made and the sheets not changed, towels were not even changed... this is why I give a low rating

First time in Naples, Mrs. Maria gave us an excellent welcome in her beautiful structure. The "female" room was very nice and clean. The property is located one step away from all the beautiful things to see in Naples. When I return to Naples I will try to stay at the "Mascalzone Latino" again

Located in the heart of Naples, it is a very nice and welcoming place, an ideal point from which to visit the city. Our room was very spacious with a small balcony. We were very pleased that there was an electric kettle, with a choice of coffee, herbal teas and tea. The owner is very nice and helpful.
