Very poor experience, extremely disappointed and speechless. This is not a hotel, this is a B&B, and Ctrip customer service needs to contact you through an intermediary. Please mark it clearly as the world's largest business travel platform.
1. Access control is required to enter the building. I need to contact the hotel in advance to confirm the arrival time, but the hotel did not contact me. The phone under the building and the phone number registered with Ctrip cannot be connected. Ctrip customer service cannot contact the hotel directly. The customer service told me that it is contacting a third party.
2. You need to insert a coin of 20 cents to take the elevator in the building
3. It is a house shared by several people, with one room per family. The sound insulation is extremely poor. People next to me are very noisy when coming in and out, and I am woken up several times at night.

Dopo diverse esperienze non proprio felici durante i miei precedenti soggiorni a Napoli, finalmente posso dire di aver trovato la struttura perfetta! Questa è la terza volta che visito la città, ma è la prima volta che mi sento davvero soddisfatta della mia scelta. Le precedenti sistemazioni non sono state all'altezza: una nei Quartieri Spagnoli, dove raggiungere la struttura richiedeva quasi una bombola d'ossigeno, e i taxi evitavano la zona; l'altra nel centro storico, in una struttura purtroppo molto fatiscente. Questa volta, invece, ho trovato un vero gioiello situato nel cuore pulsante di Napoli, a pochi passi da tutto ciò che desideri visitare: 50 metri da Via Toledo, 300 metri da Piazza del Plebiscito, 300 metri dal centro storico e soli 100 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana Toledo. Il palazzo in cui si trova è molto accogliente, con ascensore e portierato, e le camere sono semplicemente impeccabili. Nuovissime, pulitissime, dotate di tutti i comfort che ti aspetteresti da un hotel a 4 stelle. Finalmente ho trovato la mia location ideale per le prossime avventure a Napoli, una città meravigliosa con cibo da favola e divertimento assicurato. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Forza Deda & Fove!

La struttura è veramente di alto livello e il personale è super professionale e accogliente! La posizione è ottima ( praticamente in via Toledo) e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i maggiori punti di interesse in centro! Super consigliato!!!

The location is excellent: it’s close to the ferry station, to restaurants, and to the entire old town section of Naples. Located in a quieter side of town. Two supermarkets and the Toledo metro station are very close by. The owners are nice and helpful. The place is completely renovated. Our room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bedding (we prefer a firm mattress so we were pleased to find one here). A/C worked well too. Fridge and electric kettle in the room. In the common area there is a small kitchen space with a coffee machine (making excellent coffee), as well as some pastries, and a microwave. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighbors upstairs—they kept moving chairs (to make matters worse, on tiled floors…) constantly for hours during the night, and there were some running noises coming from them as well. Not the B&B’s fault, though.

Siamo stati in questa struttura io e il mio compagno per 3 notti. Struttura situata in pieno centro,in una zona molto tranquilla anche la sera. Camera pulitissima (cosa non da poco)e accogliente ,molto moderna e dotata di ogni comfort,con pulizie quotidiane eccellenti. Il proprietario gentilissimo e preparato nel dare qualsiasi tipo di informazione sulla città e tempestivo nell assecondare le richieste dei clienti Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

Ho trascorso una vacanza fantastica di alcuni giorni a Napoli e a renderla indimenticabile ha contributo il b&b Deda&Fove, dove ho soggiornato . Pulito in modo impeccabile, raffinato e sobrio negli arredi , confortevole e centralissimo !!! La location è praticamente perfetta e consente agli ospiti di raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti di maggiore interesse del centro storico! Nonostante sia nel cuore pulsante della città,la struttura è situata in un condominio silenzioso e sicuro nel quale anche ragazze sole come me, possono sentirsi protette Gli host sono ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza : insomma una esperienza degna di un hotel stellato ! Tornerò certamente in questa splendida struttura !

Siamo stati in questa struttura e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. La posizione è ideale per visitare tutti i luoghi d’interesse a piedi, senza bisogno di mezzi di trasporto. La struttura è degna di un hotel a 4 stelle: moderna, tecnologica, silenziosa e, soprattutto, pulitissima. Tutto è nuovo e arredato con gusto. Il personale è accogliente e molto disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza. Se desiderate una vacanza rilassante con tutti i comfort, vi consiglio caldamente Deda e Fove.
