The best thing about the Santa Lucia is its location, somewhat removed from Naples hectic city center with lovely views over the water. It is also only a five minute taxi ride from the ferry to Ischia. Despite its ranking and lofty prices, it is not truly a 5* hotel: there was no doorman to help us with our luggage, no concierge to help us navigate the city’s offerings, and our upgraded room, while large, felt curiously dated. The bathroom sported an elevated, enormous circular tub/shower that required care to exit without injury. The breakfast buffet was fine, but nothing special. The Santa Lucia may well be the best Naples has to offer, but it does not lift one’s spirits.

Il "Mio" Hotel a Napoli, SIETE SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICI!! We stayed twice, on our way to and from Ischia. The hotel was very nice, staff efficient and friendly and rooms excellent. A seafront view room is worth it if you'll only be in Naples once. Would stay again.

This hotel is right on the bay of Naples. Beautiful boats right in front of hotel with calming waters. Restaurants, gelato places, great walking is all so close. I have stayed here several times with my groups from USA. This hotel is immaculate, beautiful rooms with amazing views. Great bar & food in the lobby. Staff is warm & friendly. You can walk to the ports & take a ferry to Capri of Sorrento. Stay for at least 4-5 days to experience the area including the city center. There is so much to do. Naples is an incredible place.

Hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle, prendre les chambres vue mer . Personnel au petit soins, toujours aimable malgré que l’on ne parlent que Français ( quelques personnes de la réception parlent français et c’est bien utile ) Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux et très très bon . Bref la vue, l’emplacement et le personnel font que nous y retournerons !! Merci à tous le personnel d’avoir rendu notre séjour agréable . Patrick et Sylvie
