Location is near train central station and 8 minutes walking to hotel. Hotel has 5 rooms at Fifth floor in an old building. You need to access main door, then entering to another gate for elevator, and you need pin number to open the hotel door. We MUST call the owner for arrangements in advance to get pin number and checkin time.
Room is good size ,clean but towels need to be improved. We put towels in the washing basin but not changing for us. We stayed 4 nights and walking to tourist attractions within 30 minutes or you can take metro line1 .

Amazing place so close the piazza garibaldi and the main station We arrived at 11 am after an early morning flight from uk , the owner was on site to welcome us, Here your so close to al the local restaurant shops and attractions I’ve stayed here many times and I will be Back again that’s for sure

servizio di accoglienza ottimale da parte di Fabio! il fatto che si abbia a disposizione il cibo h24 è davvero una cosa favolosa! mi sono rilassata moltissimo e mi sono sentita a casa. consiglierei solo un po' più cura nei dettagli e purtroppo l'insonorizzazione delle camere potrebbe essere rafforzata. Per il resto, posizione comodissima e fornita di tutti i servizi.

Non fatevi ingannare dagli esterni ed interni del palazzo, perché le camere sono molto ben tenute. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla (letto matrimoniale + divano letto singolo) e pur essendo stati tutti adulti, lo spazio vitale era sufficiente alle nostre necessità. La nostra camera affacciava nel cortile interno, dunque non abbiamo avuto neanche noie dovute al rumore del traffico, tuttavia l'appartamento presenta infissi moderni, dunque sicuramente adatti a schermare i rumori esterni. Posizione ottima, a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione centrale e quindi anche dalla fermata metropolitana di Piazza Garibaldi. Fabio, il nostro host, è stato sempre reperibile (anche su whatsapp) fin dai giorni precedenti e durante la nostra permanenza, garantendoci assistenza e grande disponibilità anche nel farci avere la camera fin dalle 9 della mattina. Consigliato.

Given the fact that piazza Principe Umberto as well as Piazza Garibaldi,which is close, have a bad reputation, concerning criminality rates according to the European standards, this place is pretty decent. Keep in mind,that there is an extra fee, if you arrive after a specific time frame,which gets higher if you arrive after 23:00. Fabio,the owner,is nice and helpful. To sum it up,if your budget allows it,stay away from this area overall.If not, then this place is a decent place to stay.

Amazing location , the owner goes above and behind to help with anything you ask him , I’ve stayed there 3 times now i would class it more has an home than an hotel Amazing The location is so close to the main train station , bus to airport, tube station Piazza, Garibaldi is 1 minute walk away with all its fine restaurants and sight seeing

Come pulizia nulla da dire , da rivedere alcune cose tipo , sono stato un giorno intero a cercare di comunicare con il proprietario sia per telefono che con mail senza mai avere risposta perché avevo delle esigenze , solo il tardo pomeriggio giorno del mio arrivo sono stato contattato da una sua incaricata …non so se questo sia una sua abitudine… ma andrebbe rivista, consiglieri anche la sostituzione dei materassi con le reti , veramente scomodi dormire su un materasso a molla con relativa retina a molla …
