Pros:
Great view, friendly staff
Cons:
Rooms are very outdated, the toilet button didn't work properly in two rooms. The noise from outside bikes ia very loud and won't give you peace at nights
The roof garden is almost everynight reserved for weddings
There are many stairs to come down from top (about 120)

I stayed three nights with my family; there was terrible food, the breakfast was a disaster, unprofessional staff members in the reception area, the pool was non-existent, and the pool area was unclean. There was an attitude of how we could steal from you. The rooms are collapsing with loose wooden walls, and the air conditioning is weak. Although it is left working all day, it barely changes the room temperature, avoiding all costs

La struttura ha una posizione panoramica molto interessante. Dal settimo piano, dove si trova la piscina scavata nella roccia e raggiungibile attraverso un ascensore a vetrata (che andrebbe tenuto più pulito…..) si può ammirare parte del Golfo di Napoli con la penisola sorrentina, Capri e il Vesuvio. Le camere sono ampie e funzionali, letti molto comodi, il bagno finestrato e con doppio lavello, il nostro era un po’ troppo datato…..forse da rivedere……ma nel complesso giudizio più che sufficiente. Per gli spostamenti sono comode le due funicolari attraverso le quali è possibile raggiungere agevolmente varie parti della città: via Toledo e Montesanto in discesa, Vomero e Certosa di San Martino in salita. La nota veramente dolente è il quarto piano dove viene servita la colazione: zona buffet poco curata, gli alimenti non protetti da cupole e quindi esposti a mosche, api…..l’impressione è di poca pulizia. Molto dozzinale e non di livello anche la qualità del cibo. In un hotel 4 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa di meglio, anche perché la poca cura del servizio colazioni abbassa notevolmente il rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura. Peccato perché il potenziale c’è tutto, ma serve un restiling completo della sala e del servizio. Detto questo ci porteremo nel cuore il panorama mozzafiato che si gode dall’hotel!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful location with stunning views of Naples. Lovely staff who could not have been more helpful. Superb restaurant reasonably priced. Beautiful terrace and pool. Comfortable clean rooms. Short walk down into town. Bit steep coming back but there is a very inexpensive funicular round the corner although we preferred to walk off the pizza and pasta and go on foot! Would definitely go back there.

Uno degli hotel migliori dove abbia mai soggiornato!Un po' fuori dal centro di Napoli,più che un hotel è un museo ricco di arte e storia...ohni angolo racconta qualcosa,le camere sono bellissime e godono una vista sul golfo di Napoli strepitosa.La terrazza per la colazione/cena e la piscina al settimo piano possono essere descritte con una sola parola: WOW!Il servizio inoltre,impeccabile!Gennaro ,il ragazzo della piscina,ci è entrato nel cuore.

Davvero una bella sorpresa! Un ex monastero trasformato in un delizioso boutique hotel che domina tutta Napoli. Consiglio di esplorare tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel…dal piano terra al settimo piano, di giorno e di sera, una meravigliosa esperienza!

Es lindo y tiene su encanto pero… Los dos días que estuvimos pese a tener una terraza linda que es parte del atractivo y del costo no pudimos disfrutarla porque hubo dos eventos privados y cierran toda la terraza. Parqueadero costoso Desayuno increíble, habitaciones cómodas.
