It's cheap and clean, so it's good, but

When I arrived at the hotel, I exchanged LINE IDs with the front desk staff (hotel LINE ID), and was able to get all the information I needed, which was very convenient.
The hotel is located very close to Naples Central Station (the hotel entrance is a little hard to find ※Google Maps says I've arrived, but I still wandered around for a while 😅), but once I found the entrance, it was incredibly convenient.
The room with the volcano view was also wonderful!

The Italian landlord obviously discriminated against Chinese people. Ctrip showed that the payment at the store was 7 euros, but he charged me 12 euros. His attitude towards me was very arrogant. Of course I was not polite to him. Chinese people recommend not to come to this hotel!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and introduced the transportation of local attractions in detail, which gave us a great sense of security. The terrace view of the room is very open and sunny.

Modern and new. Clean. Air condition working good. Cosy bed. You get a code to open 3 doors before you got to the place (super helpfull not to have keys you can easily lose). The host explain you everything nicely about where to go from the place. You get a clean towel. Locaton is close to bus and train station (important if you need to go to the airport) but also close to the center.

Best place to stay in Naples! Top host - he will give you advices, answer your questions and make everything to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay there! Clean and nice rooms, with balconies and some of them with great views to Vesuvius! Totally recommend!

Very accessible to Napoli Centrale, around 3-5min walk. Carmine was communicating via email prior to our arrival so that we did not have difficulty checking in when we arrived late at night. The room was clean with a balcony.

Amazing, historic & hip city. People of all ages are on the move through the graffiti tattooed streets featuring magnificent buildings, churches & monasteries between fish and fruit markets. Laundry buoyed by gentle breezes float 3-4 stories high. Everyone very friendly. Good to know a little introductory Italian though not needed ((it’s appreciated). More smokers than I expected but enough outdoor seating to avoid if it’s bothersome. I’ll definitely return if possible.

Amazing. Just stay in this Hostel if you are in Neapol, and you will change your oppinion about hostels. I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights. It`s amazing, very clean, near the center, near metro-train-bus stations. Carmine is amazing, he even explained everything in map for visiting Neapol. He is helping whenever you nead help. By the way, this hostel is very convenient if you want to visit Positano and Amalfi as well. Neareby the Hostel is very beautiful and safe.

The owner Carmine is a special person, very thoughtful and welcoming. The b&b is new with super excellent cleanliness and hygiene. B&B in an excellent location everything within reach pastry shop bar tobacconist pizzeria bus parking etc etc impeccable cleanliness Mr. Carmine is very kind and helpful and I will definitely be back!!! I recommend it in the center easily reachable on foot!
