It was a lovely stay at civico13! Bruno was very helpful and responsive, and the location is fantastic - walking distance from spaccanapoli, and 1min away from Duomo metro. Definitely would recommend to stay here if you are able to climb 4 floors.

Overall, a decent stay in the structure, a pity for the absence of a breakfast (it is a B&B and consequently it must be included in the price) and not impeccable cleanliness.

I had a very nice stay at Civico 13. My room was very nice with a view of the harbor, the bathroom was modern and AC worked well. Bruno is a very attentive host and the location is terrific. Just a short walk from the Duomo subway stop. The rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor with no lift so you get your steps in!

Dilapidated Bed and Breakfast, outside and inside. Four floors without lift (about 100 steps height of about 30 cm), absolutely impracticable. Damp, dirty stairwell with very precarious services bordering on decency. Renovated but unsafe rooms (precarious entrance door, side grates always open) and with an evident, terrible smell of sewage. Discreet welcome, otherwise negative opinion also due to the manager's unfairness. Be wary of positive reviews. To never again.

We arrived early, called the owner and he immediately showed us to the room. Very helpful about everything. The room is near Corso Umberto I, also close to the port, so it allows you to easily go anywhere. The only flaw is that the B&B is located on the fourth floor without a lift. It has a very nice shared terrace, good for a moment of relaxation overlooking the sea.
