The stay was nice and comfortable. Hote staff was okay too. The locality of the hotel is bit odd

The hotel is very close to the station, but the surrounding is dirty and unsafe. There was a lot of dust on the beds and floor, and the water temperature of the shower facility was unstable. The hair dryer didn’t work well. In conclusion, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Good location close to central Napole (train station). Good value for money. The area is not the most beautiful but it is accessible and it is good for short stays. Thank you

Since I had to move early in the morning, I chose a cheap hotel near Naples station. Old hotel. Since the apartment and hotel are combined, the route is prepared to ring the veil at the entrance... It's fine if you just want to sleep, but I can't recommend it to those who aren't used to traveling!

The place is not bad but there is no ventilation, because of this the ceiling is in the fungus. Towels are terrible, but at least the bedding seems to be clean. But then the bedding looked like there was a film or something like that. The walls are so thin that you can hear what the neighbors are saying. All in all, would not recommend to anyone.

You get what you paid for but this might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Can’t comment on what is out of the hotel owner’s control, like the shady unsafe surroundings (it’s next to the train station and these areas are always shady in all over Italy and it is Naples for God’s sake), only what it can be controlled. The staff and the room were okay, the bathroom clogs easily but what made the experience really bad was the constant noise inside of the hotel first floor area. People kept coming in and out talking and shouting until late hours and every time they did, doors were banging so strongly that made our room shaked and I say this while there was a real earthquake happening in the city. We did not sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Again, you get what you paid for so don’t expect an amazing experience.

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Hotel service and cleanliness was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are very small and clean with excellent WiFi service and good power sockets. It can be quite noisy but the vibe is fun and I stayed there at the weekend which is perhaps more noisy than weekdays. The staff were efficient and very helpful with ordering me a taxi to the airport and making sure I get a fair price.

Hotel very close to the station, you have public transport and you can also walk to the centre. Don't let the area fool you because although it may seem unreliable, there are plenty of law enforcement agencies monitoring it. We stayed for a week at the end of February. There were three of us. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and ready to advise us. As soon as we have the opportunity to return to Naples again it will certainly be our point of support. A very simple hotel for one night but the entrance was terrible, we didn't like it at all, but the rest of the Hotel was great, the room was really great and the attention was very good ndndnndndnfnnfnndndndndndnndndmdmdmdmmdmdmmdmdmdmdkjfjfnfnfnnfnfnfnfn

Don't go there. Steps to the simplicity of the room but the dirt is not acceptable. No heated air not even in the bathroom so we were cold. We avoided using the shower because it was obviously old and dirty. In short, the classic hotel for "ladies of the night". Ah, dirty bedspread and suspicious sheets. Add to that the stagnant cigar smell in the rooms. Shame!

excellent welcome and rooms not bad for the price, especially convenient because they are close to the train station! the person at the reception was very kind and nice (I think he is the owner) he gave us advice on where to go by giving us a map, he was very patient and kind even when around one in the morning we asked him for something to drink and yes and 'he had to get up from the bed that was behind the reception but he wasn't bothered at all, it's true that it's his job but many workers are grumpy during the day, let alone at night...

Camera pessima, 10x10, una bettola. Abbiamo prenotato erroneamente una camera senza bagno all’interno, una volta richiesto il cambio che non era possibile effettuare abbiamo deciso di andare via. Il receptionist molto scortese Ci ha mandato a quel paese. Inoltre il pagamento con la carta di credito non è stato possibile poiché ci è stato chiesto un supplemento. Tralasciando anche il fatto dell’accoglienza con le pantofole, mentre pranzava e parlava con la bocca piena senza neanche sforzarsi di scandire le parole. Volete un consiglio? Non andate !!

Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative di gente che dimentica di soggiornare in un'hotel a 2 stelle e che il prezzo va anche in funzione di questo. Chi cerca un'albergo modesto non può avere pretese diverse... Detto questo ho soggiornato 4 notti con la mia famiglia per il ponte dei morti e non ho nulla da lamentare tranne un pò di carenza di manutenzione nella camera. Personale h24, pulizia giusta, cambio lenzuola. Sarebbe una cosa bella rimettere il servizio colazione e magari un piccolo frigo nelle camere. La zona, essendo vicina la stazione ferroviaria, è frequentata da molti extracomunitari ma non abbiamo avuto problemi la sera al rientro.
