I am mixed on this hotel. I think it is OK as a crash pad but we had some difficulties with the service. I booked the hotel through the HotelTonight website. It stated that checkin is available until midnight. Upon arrival, we could not access the interior. The call box was broken and nobody answered when I called the phone number. I had to call HotelTonight and it took a little bit for the proprietor to contact us and let us in. Naples does not have the safest feel when you're stuck outside late at night. Once we were able to access the interior, we made it to where the rooms were located. There was an envelope with the name of the room we were told to take. It included the key and some instructions. The room itself was acceptable. Nothing too fancy but also not a total dump. Not the type of place I'd want to stay for multiple nights, but we needed somewhere for the one night before heading to the Amalfi coast. There was a bed, small desk, and decent bathroom. To be fair to the hotel, the location felt different and safer in the daylight hours. It was close to a number of public transportation stops and seemed to be fairly convenient. I was able to get to the train station to pick up my rental car very quickly. Bottom line... OK place for a no frills room. Not where I'd stay for a longer stay in Naples.

Our stay was sincerely exceptional. I have often written positive feedbacks and was often happy with my stays, but “Toto E Peppino Luxury Rooms” raised the bar very high. I can’t describe the kindness and professionalism of Antonio E Giuseppe. They are extremely attentive to the details from the minute you arrive to Napoli (and even before!!) and all their recommendations and advice step-by-step are very informative and helpful. Not to mention the tidy, clean, comfortable, spacious, fully renovated LUXURY rooms. No single failure!! Perfectly located and very easily accessible. The breakfast offered is delicious in a well-known pastry nearby. We already loved Italy, Italian people and and Italian vibes, and you made us adore it more. It was our pleasure to discover Napoli and neighbors cities, and we will definitely be back here and stay in this specific, magical place. Their service is unbeatable. You guys exceeded our expectations, and we wish you all the best in the future !!

If i ever go to Napoles again this is where I want to stay. We firstly reserved a b&b close to the staition but it looked very dangerous at night and looks like it was an abandoned building, so we decided to change and looked for a hotel and this is where we went. We explained the situation to the staff and they were 5 stars. Even helped us booking a trip to Ponpei. We were supposed to be in Napoli 5 nights but they could only receive us 4. They helped us find another hotel for the last night. Very nice people, always smiling. Good breakfast and good location close to a tradicional restaurante ( lucciana). Also close to public bus where you can take and go to the center of Napoli. Very nice!! Reccomend

Nice B&B in the city center of Napoli. The room was spacious and totally sufficent for my wife, two kids (2 and 4 years old) and me. The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice. Furthermore a lot of plastic was used, e.g. for the cerials, jam, nutella, etc. The staff was really gentle and attentive, but but also sometimes still quite out of it, e.g. for arranging the breakfast they were most of the times a little late. As the B&B is located north of Sanità, the walk to heart of the city takes quite a while, but is manageable. A bus station (takes you to the center in a couple of minutes), a public paid parking and also supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good. All in all we had a really a good time and we would definitely stay at Di Palma Suite Museum again.

Let's start with the positive - Ines is a Wonderful person. Pleasant, pretty, very passionate about her place. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay. So much food, fresh fruit, pastries, fresh eggs. I like Ines so much I gave an open invitation to stay with me if ever in the US - love her! The B&B not so much. The room my husband and I stayed in is Not pictured on website-understandably. It was unattractive. The shower ”overflows” literally onto the bathroom floor every use. When brought into the room and shown bath the lights over mirror do not work; it was said this was a new problem, but no one ever came to fix. Every morning/evening with not lights over mirror. The tile in the shower appear to have been homemade and painted and the paint was running down onto the next tile and shower floor. It takes No Less than 10 minutes for the water to turn warm. The mattress was similar to a basic crib mattress and pillow. Only a sheet covering the bed. The extra blanket in the cabinet is an inexpensive velour cover from a walmart or dollar general or similar store. There is no radio/tv/phone or even a usb port. I did make this suggestion to Ines - hopefully she will add. The art studio used by her spouse is unkept and dusty, items tossed about. I asked for an early morning wake-up call 6:30am (though no phone in the room, you would have to call me on my cellphone); I was told it would require her to get up early and she really didn't want to. For $640 for two (02) nights, I should be able to get a hot shower and make a local call. I felt bad because Ines is so very nice. She mentioned that Robert DiNero had come to stay there but only stayed half the day and left. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was because there are no amenities or comforts to encourage someone to stay. No background music even in the courtyard, which is not manicured. No flowers or even art in the courtyard to look at. No reason to sit out there or in your room, both the same - empty. Possibly the other room are better appointed and for some reason I was given the room not shown on the website and not working. I provide this review regretfully because I really like the owner. You couldn't find a nicer person - just maybe needs a little direction in the B&B area. Great breakfast.
