Cute hotel with comfortable rooms and common areas. Rooms are clean and quiet, and the air conditioner was effective. The coffee and sparkling water in the common area is a nice touch, and we enjoyed bumping into other travelers there. Giangi was really helpful in arranging for a car to the airport and recommending restaurants. We also enjoyed the cafe downstairs - good pastries and coffee, and a nice way to start the day.

Hotel molto confortevole, situato in un punto strategico della città, a due passi dal Rione Sanità e vicinissimo al centro storico. Personale gentilissimo, a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza (ho avuto un problema e sono stati disponibilissimi). La nostra camera era ampia e molto tranquilla. La colazione è eccezionale, a cominciare dalle squisite torte fatte in casa. Certamente torneremo lì nel nostro prossimo soggiorno napoletano.

Sono stata in questa struttura con tutta la mia famiglia allargata per la vittoria dello scudetto del Napoli. Il posto è carinissimo, comodo per il parcheggio, nel cuore di Pompei. In 6 adulti con 3 bambini siamo stati accolti benissimo e le camere erano già sistemate per le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo visitato Pompei, il centro di napoli e Positano in solo due giorni...la signora Anna è meravigliosa, super accogliente e disponibile anche per accompagnare la clientela nei punti strategici della città. Ci ha offerto anche delle verdure fresche del suo orto che sono state graditissime. Sicuramente torneremo in questa casa, perché ci siamo sentiti coccolati da ogni punto di vista. I letti sono comodi e la zona silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e i bagni sono accessoriati di tutto e praticamente nuovi. C'è anche un frigorifero in ogni stanza. Super consigliato.

Con la mia famiglia e quella di mio cugino (6 adulti) abbiamo trascorso 3 notti del fine settimana appena trascorso. Siamo stati accolti, da Giovanni e Manuela (solo telefonicamente che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di complimentarci con loro di persona). Sono stati comunque sempre presenti e raggiungibili per qualsiasi eventualità e per ogni nostra richiesta, in qualsiasi giorno e a qualsiasi ora Struttura pulita con tutti i servizi necessari, abbastanza vicina da tutti i punti di interesse, alla stazione e alla fermata della metro, ma in posizione tranquilla sotto tutti gli aspetti. Colazione presso il Bar BELLAVITA che offre una vastissima scelta di golosità di grande qualità dove il personale è molto professionale, gentile e disponibile (decisamente più di alcuni locali blasonati e decantati). Da parte nostra tutti concordi... bravi tutti e complimenti sinceri. Giovanni e Manuela grazie, con la vostra serietà e attenzione avete contribuito a rendere questi giorni indimenticabili nella bellissima Napoli.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement. Première entrée avec un code pour l'immeuble. Ensuite il faut monter au 3e étage, mini ascenseur payant (0.20€) disponible. Ensuite l'ouverture de la porte de la partie hôtel se fait avec un lien reçu par mail pour déverrouiller. Pour récupérer les clés de la chambre, code reçu également pour la boîte à code. Pensez à vérifier régulièrement le boiter si un double est dedans car n'importe qui pourra avoir accès à votre chambre. Coffre fort et mini frigo. WC avec douche et bidet. Climatisation mais pas assez frais dans la chambre contrairement dans le hall. Canapé convertible. Table avec chaises en simili usées. Cuisinette derrière les portes en bois où il fait une chaleur. Plaque induction avec ustensiles de cuisine et évier. Lit pour dormir à l'étage en mezzanine. Attention les prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas toujours correctement et sont des 2 (contre 3 le plus souvent en France). Le petit déjeuner compris est en réalité des briquettes de lait et jus, yaourts (dans le mini frigo), biscuits, confiture, miel, dossettes café. Des oublis pendant notre séjour : plusieurs jours pas de gobelet (heureusement qu'il y avait des verres), tapis de bain. Emplacement central avec arrêt de bus à proximité (bus pas trop fiable), métro musée archéologique (2 lignes) à moins d'1 km.

Was a cheap holiday so wasn’t expecting the ritz. Was worried as bad reviews. But pleasantly surprised. Basic very adequate clean on arrival. But no housekeeping for 9 days Got few clean towels now and again Good shower friendly staff. But offer no service really. Can’t get an iron. I liked hotel. I definitely would use again. Great location. Noisy people and traffic all night but I was on top floor so muffled noise a bit. No form of food service in hotel although right outside good cafes bars for snacks. Down the road few good restaurants. Bus stops directly outside hotel. Very frequently Got a 7 day pass included metro too €16 fantastic value. Had quite a few tiny ants in room mentioned it asked them to spray ants they did this on last night 9 th They did offer to move us to another room but couldn’t be bothered to repack and unpack. Fittings in bathroom loose ie hairdryer toilet lid. Shower fantastic nice and hot. I definitely go again. Rooftop out of use. Just storing stuff up there. But great views In room was a kettle one cup no tea or coffee. No glasses has a good fridge. We had nice coffee and cakes outside hotel. We went sorrento €30 each return from port Bevello I booked online Direct Ferries. Very good at port no problems well organised. Capri I was told by a few said horrible and buy. Sorrento absolutly amazing
