I'm the mother of a disabled girl, I booked a room at this hotel asking that it was normal to host us.When we arrived, we immediately realized that they had transformed a double into a triple room simply by adding a double room. the bed and moving the comforts near the entrance door of the room and the window door that gave on the outside terrace, there was therefore no possibility of moving inside the room because the doors were blocked and not They could open themselves completely for the car passage. Breakfast was unpayable, few brioches and yogurt counted, which were just finished after 1/2 now, there was no water dispenser, replaced by two sole bottles of water: a smooth and a gassed for all guests of the structure. There was no refrigerator in the rooms, which was very serious for us, since we had to take my daughter's medicines, and the dirt in her was degrading. There was only one person who was dealing with the cleaning of the rooms and breakfast service, who had to stop one activity to do another, both of them being bad, from here the consequences of poor hygiene everywhere. The bedrooms were dirty and sweet, and we sleeped on the towels. We were cheated by the three stars on the site that I don't understand what criterion they were assigned and all this was profumed to the levels of a true four-star hotel. We had a great time staying at this hotel. I needed to book a nail appointment and both members of the front desk did their best to accommodate my needs. Excellent stay, please do not hesitate and book your stay here.

Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Naples, close to many attractions, restaurants, and the Spaccanapoli. We had a comfort double room with king bed. Bed was comfortable and room, while small for US standards had enough room for two persons, three large suitcases. Included a small chair that we didnt use. Nice toiletries provided. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet -- so many Italian pastries to try and great cappuccinos. Hotel itself is interesting -- the breakfast room is beautiful, nice outdoor seating area, artwork and other decor to explore. Only complaint was our room location. Our room was on the 3rd level (there are two floors of rooms) right above the hotel entrance. Be advised there is a cocktail bar in that alley that is open 10pm to 3am. Huge, loud crowds all night until almost 4am, plus sound of scooters going up and down the alley. Not a room for a light sleeper. The staff was very helpful, calling cabs for our trip to the airport and securing breakfast boxes for our early departure. We would definitely go back if could get a room away from the busy alley way.

The location is great, right next to Napoli Centrale, the ferries and most points of interest are an easy walk away, the service is perfect, an older type of hotel, which is the best option in Italy in my opinion. Would stay again without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff was very helpful and kind. They gave recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation, helped when one of us was unwell. Overall a great experience and we will certainly come back next time that we visit Naples!

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Very good, the location is by the sea, I can see the sea in the morning, I can see the sea, the scenery is very good, I can see the volcano, the hotel service is very good, I will choose this next time I go to Naples.
