Öncelikle personellerin güler yüzü, kahvaltı ve mimari yapısı dışında hiçbir şey iyi değildi odalar soğuk klozet çok yukarda ışıklandırma ve yalıtım zayıf televizyonu kullanamadık odada çöp kutusu yoktu ve iki yarım mercimek iki yarım mantı birde salataya toplan 480 lira verdik içeçek içmedik ama yemekler güzeldi eğer maddi durumunuz buna imkan vermiyorsa akşam yemeğini dışarda yiyebilirsiniz. Yatak sallanıyordu ayağına poşet sıkıştırdık:/ verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığı bu olmamalıydı

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi
Her gün başka bir otelde konakladık en çok bu otelden memnun kaldık. Personel çok kibardı, ilgiliydi sahipleri çok nezih ve kibar hoş sohbet insanlar her konuda destek oldular. Odalar taş odaydı çok güzel, temiz ve düzenliydi. Sıcak su ve internet sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık. Oda sıcaklığı ***et iyiydi. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu. Hizmet kalitesi çok güzeldi. Beklentimizin çok daha üstünde bir oteldi. Otelin konumu Nevşehir merkeze çok yakındı,ulaşım kolay oldu.

Nuit d'hôtel sympathique dans un cadre atypique !
Hôtel troglodyte atypique, en revanche pas de climatisation dans la chambre (heureusement quand même un ventilateur) et à notre grande surprise il y faisait très chaud !
Cadre fort sympathique, pdj maison correcte mais servit qu'à partir de 9h le matin (jusqu'à 11h).
Service au top, rien à redire.
Piscine intérieure vraiment sympa et rafraîchissante.
Attention, si vous avez de grosses valises, il faudra les monter via une petite ruelle pentue + nombreux escaliers jusqu'à votre chambre. Impossible d'accéder jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel en voiture.

Excellent séjour entre amis dans un cadre très agréable. Les chambres sont belles. Petit déjeuner bien copieux et personnel sympathique, aux petits soins. Nous avons par ailleurs été très bien conseillé pour le tour en mongolfière, qui restera un moment magique.

Staff very friendly and place was absolutely beautiful but very noisy untill midnight and early morning.communication is very hard unless you speak Turkish .
