New hotel, convenience, clean, nice neighbourhood, near convention centre, Hugh bookstore with coffee shop, close to Nara Park, enjoyable stay

Shuttle bus to the railway station is not yet ready. It should be much better to have regular shuttle bus!

The hotel is very new and clean, services are good, the size of the room is larger than average

It’s about 8 mins walk from Shin Omiya station, hard to drag luggage coz of the pebbles ground. Hotel is new and clean, lack of welcomeness at the entrance.

Location is quite far from Nara Park - Indian reception English is not very good - told me to purchase breakfast at reception for discounted price but we realized that it was actually cheaper just paying on the spot, so not too honest - new hotel tho

Very new hotel, complete facilities, relatively large rooms, massage chairs on the second floor! The service is very good, but there is no commercial area around, and the transportation is relatively inconvenient.

The hotel is clean and well-organized, but the location is a bit remote. You have to park in the parking lot opposite. The room is on the 4th floor, close to the road, so you will hear the noise of cars at night.

Very new hotel, with a gym, massage chair, laundry room and bath on the second floor. There is a refrigerator with iced mineral water and a coffee machine in the room. The restaurant on the first floor is large and grand, and the front desk can speak English.

The hardware is good, the room is clean and big, but the bed is too soft and the service is a bit unfamiliar. The laundry sign is not very eye-catching, so be careful to find it, but there is a massage chair at the door of the laundry room! Bonus! The shuttle bus is now open from Friday to Monday

There is a popular hot spring where you can bathe. It is an 8-minute walk from the train station and a 3-4-minute walk towards Nara Park. It is very convenient to take the bus. There is no bathtub. There are two separate rooms for bathing and toileting~

The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are very new, the staff is very friendly, check-in is arranged in advance, and taxis are called when checking out. The location is a bit remote, a bit far from the tourist area, and you need to take the subway or bus. There is a Tsutaya bookstore near the hotel, where you can buy souvenirs and get a tax refund.
