Best traditional hotel that I know. It is an amazing experience to sleep in this beautiful rooms, to enjoy the delicious breakfast and to relax in the atmospheric hot springs.

This hotel was an amazing experience! Tatami floors are everywhere, so no shoes are allowed in the whole building, which is a very cool and totally Japanese way of living. Nice big onsen + free laundry. Everything is clean and new. Just in front of the train station! There is also a bus that goes to Nara park. Cheap compared to other hotels! Especially considering the whole amazing experience. Totally recommend.

Small room good hotel very near train station. Small hot spring. You hear the train noise once in a while. Very nice buffet breakfast. Over all a good experience.

The gentleman at reception was completely unreasonable, he seems understands English but he’s not, and he keeps harassing us for charging extra fees,psychically won’t let us leave the hotel due to their confuse with traveling agent. Will never come back to this place, it is disrespectful and annoying.

HOTEL IS GREAT. They helped moved our luggages into the room as we came early to drop off our luggage before the check in time. Free ramen at night was awesome. Free ice cream after onsen was great. You can check the washer/onsen/dinning capacity on the tv. one regret is we didn’t get the breakfast option. go for it!

Good service, very clean, on-sen is great, the facility inside the on-sen bathroom is clean, tidy and sufficient.

SUPER GOOD ! Value for money cos: 1) location right next to shopping distract and train station (we drove so parking at hotel is 1800yen for 24 hrs) 2) Free supper (ramen) every night, Free massage chair usage, Free Yakult / coffee / Tea / ice creams everyday between 5-10am 3) super clean rooms, easy to adjust water pressure + temp in shower. 4) Very helpful staff with almost instant responses to service like providing power adaptors etc. 5) ONSEN free for all (except if you have obvious and big tattoos)

The hotel was in a good location which is very near to Nara JR station. For the services, the staff was very nice and took good care of us, like if we request for more towels, they would well response our enquiry on the first hand which is good. Besides, the breakfast was also recommended if you would stay in this hotel. The taste of food was so delicious and the ambience could bring out the culture of Japan. One more thing is the hot spring service. This was also significant for staying here as the amenities have provided well enough and it has offered coffee milk or ice-cream for visitors to purchase that makes us feel warm-hearted. I definitely would consider to live in this hotel if coming to Nara for the next time. Thank you so much!

Location of hotel is good, near to Nara JR station - within 5 mins of walk. Ideal for travelers like us with luggages. We took express bus from Kinsai airport and drop off point is also near to hotel, 5 mins walk. Hotel room might be smaller but sufficient for us to open our luggages and sleep in. Onsen is relatively small, it’s alright just for an experience. Breakfast spread is good, with many Jap food options.

Love the room. Very close to JR Nara Station. Also provides free noodles at night time. Very good service.

Great services. The onsen bathroom is clean. You can check the onsen bathroom availability from your room. There’s gave free ice cream after onsen. There’s free soba (half serving) between 9:30pm to 11pm.

Overall nice experience, however, breakfast and room quality are below the same chain in Kyoto.

Great location, right next to JR station, Super convenient. High turn over, a lot guest. Try to avoid peak check in and check out hour. Renovation average. Consider the overall price, location, recommend.
