This is a WONDER-FULL place to visit!!! Accommodation is spacious, open, beautiful, down to earth, quiet. Walk down to waterfall for a swim each day was good exercise and delicious. Birdwatching tour with Allan was so informing... his enthusiasm is contagious. I recommend this Nature reserve for a laid back easy vacation. I will be back again. Staff is honest, sincere and caring.

The family and team that takes care of you at this lodge is warm, hospitable and gives you a great feel for this country. The tours are excellent and so is the food, views and accommodations. I highly recommend the bird tour. The waterfalls nearby that are on the property are exquisite! I highly recommend this place.!

The guest houses are very clean and many of them have exceptional views. The staff is super kind and helpful. The food was my favorite in all of Costa Rica, delicious and with some local touches that seemed hard to come by elsewhere. We loved the bird tour!

This place is off the baten path. Views are amazing and breathtaking. Food and service is amazing. Staff are friendly and profesional.wish wecould stay longer. The cabin had screens with no Windows which makes you experience the jungle sounds. Best place I have stayed.

Really nice place to visit. Beautiful nature and views. Very nice staff and friendly. We had a lovely house with amazing view and big for the 4 of us. Quesos is around 1 hour drive away with Maual Antonio. The Park is amazing with a lot of animals.

Un luogo incantevole, autentico! La conduzione familiare del lodge è: - semplice - accogliente - calorosa - attenta - professionale. Cucina ottima, preparata al momento da Julia o da Liz ( meravigliose!). Brian e Ariel sono sempre attenti, gentili, disponibili. Un senso di tranquillità, pace, armonia avvolge questo luogo. Molto adatto a famiglie, a viaggiatrici solitarie e a tutte quelle persone che amano stare “ out of the beaten track”! Nei dintorni: cascate magnifiche, passeggiate, frutteti.

An amazing stay with amazingly friendly staff! Never experienced this level of hospitality. The houses were remarkably clean and the beds were very confortable. If you are traveling to Costa Rica anytime in the future, this is a must-stay location,

Santa Juana est juché sur les monts, donc plus difficile d’accès, mais c’est cela que l’on va chercher là bas. Du calme avec une vue imprenable sur la jungle environnante. Nous y avons trouvé un équilibre entre rusticité et finesse, l’accueil est impeccable, Andres, Julia et l’équipe (certains natifs de Santa Juana) sont aux petits soins. Les logements sont incroyables. Pas de vitres mais de larges fenêtres avec moustiquaires qui laissent dans n’importe quelle pièce une vue imprenable sur la nature omniprésente. Il pleuvait toutes les après-midi, donc activité le matin (cascade incroyables, à préférer au parc Manuel Antonio trop fréquenté) et après-midi détentes. Cuisine locale très bonne. On aime cette approche du lodge qui profite aux locaux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour mémorable! Nous recommandons d’y rester plus qu’une nuit. David
