I booked this on behalf of my mother and her friend.
I had asked the receptionist when we checked in, and she was very polite, easy to understand, and helpful.
They also upgraded us to a larger room as there was one available.
The inside of the hotel was so clean, new, and beautiful that you wouldn't imagine it from the outside. The welcome drink and breakfast venue were also new and stylish, and my mother and her friend said they would definitely like to have breakfast here next time.
I live nearby myself, and have booked a different business hotel until now, but I think I'll choose this one from now on.

The location is very easy to find. As soon as you leave the south exit of Keisei Tsudanuma Station and go down the stairs, you can see Kōban (police station). The building behind Kōban is the entrance to the hotel.
The breakfast is very Japanese-style, mainly Japanese food, with fish and sashimi as the main focus.
The miso soup is so good that even the Japanese praise it for being delicious. Most of the guests staying here are Japanese.

It's right next to the station, so it's convenient to get there by train. The parking lot is inconvenient because you have to pay and you can't enter and exit freely.

The hotel is located in Keisei Tsudanuma, just go downstairs from the south exit. There is a door next to the supermarket, and the elevator goes directly to the hotel lobby on the 10th floor. The hotel is located in front of Tsudanuma South Exit Station. The entrance is on the left side next to the supermarket when you go down the stairs.
