We spend a lovely 2 nights in the chateau in December. Obviously not able to take advantage of the beautiful outside gardens etc. But still a wonderful place to stay. Everything lived up to our expectations, especially the wonderful 'tasting menu' so imaginative and delicious.

Fantástico. Estuvimos tan bien que solo puedo aconsejar que te quedes allí a dormir y pasar un día de completo relax cerca de Narbonne no lo dudes. Entre este sitio y otro SIEMPRE este. La decoración de las villas es exquisita, camas cómodas, equipado hasta el detalle, las vistas fantásticas, el entorno, las viñas, la terraza del restaurante...volveré y pronto.

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé ! Le lieu, la décoration, l'accueil premium qui nous a été réservé, le sourire et la gentillesse de TOUT le personnel, le spa. En réservant dans votre établissement pour un long WE au calme hors saison, je ne m'attendais pas à une telle qualité et choix de restauration. Le brunch a été particulièrement apprécié. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le soir nous sommes arrivés tard vers 19h30 nous n'avions rien réservé et pourtant nous avons pu manger dans votre restaurant brasserie et une charmante dame a la réception de l'Asadio a distrait notre fille le temps de terminer notre repas. Nous avons trouvé cela adorable. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien. Il n'y a ABSOLUMENT aucune fausse note. La dame du spa nous a autorisé gentiment à revenir le lendemain sur un horaire plus calme avec notre fille pour qu'elle puisse profiter de la piscine aussi. Nous avons donc pris 2 massages supplémentaires. Tout le monde est serviable, agréable, souriant. J'ai rarement rencontré un endroit aussi accueillant en France. Nous vous remercions pour ce séjour très très agréable pour le moral et pour nos papilles. Nous avons dores et déjà commencé à parler de votre établissement autour de nous et nous prévoyons de revenir avec un grand plaisir ! Bonne continuation et merci à toute l'équipe.

A fabulous stay
We have just completed an overnight stay and dinner at the chateau and we were so impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff throughout our visit.
From our initial greeting and assistance from Cecile on reception to later on meeting Kevin our waiter in the brasserie we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be looking to return very soon.
Please do pass on our thanks to the other staff in the brassrie and helpful staff on reception. The service throughout our stay was faultless and you have both an amazing venue and high quality staff to run such a place - you very much deserve to succeed.

Que dire de cet endroit magique nous y sommes venu à 11 entre amis (es ) l'accueil était au rdv tous plus sympathiques les uns que les autres , à notre écoute, le brunch un vrai délice, le cuisinier gracieux , la vue imprenable nous ne pouvons que remercier jeremi de nous avoir fait connaître ce lieu magnifique je vous recommande mille fois ce lieu 😁😁😁 nous allons vite revenir un gros MERCI à tous 😁😁😁😁

La gastronomie française devrait avoir une discipline holympique. Une journée comme nous avons passé, nous aurions plusieurs médaille d'or au Capitoul.
