Geen receptie in de nacht, hotel beantwoord telefoon ook niet. Geen mogelijkheid om in te checken. Gelukkig heeft trip dit netjes opgelost.

We hebben het hotel ge e-mails of we ons reservering kunnen verplaatsen naar andere data en nog een data erbij kunnen boeken maar geen antwoord gehad! Erg slecht! Telefonisch waren ze ook niet te bereiken. Ik ben ontevreden!

Went to the gran buffet near by and this hotel is convenient. Excellent value and a good breakfast. Big safe car park that is good

Great breakfast. On arrival the guy agreed to put a bottle of blanquette in the fridge for later...
Convenient to the centre of Narbonne where I found parking easy and free in a back street about 15mins from the tourist office

The hotel was unmanned we were late arriving and tired we had travelled all day we didn’t find the. Procedure to check in very easy and then we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Had we known this we would not of booked.

Had a problem when booking managed to jump to a week earlier for some reason immediately tried to contact no response. Sent 3 emails and messages got no response. They have no interest in customers or providing any assistance over bookings. I will avoid in future!

Came for a night away because we where having dinner nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but we slept well and the heating worked well and the shower was good. The car park is secure. The best part is the price as it's really good value.
