Nice and friendly hotel , staff also .
When I realised that my room was being taken by others which checked by hotel staff . They immediately change and arranged another room for me without hesitation. Good service and polite .

I use it every week. I feel very calm when the area around my room is quiet. There are foreign guests on some days, and some of them are from noisy countries, so it can't be helped. But overall, I think it's good.

Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.
