Useful airport shuttle and breakfast although expect to see at least a hundred other people at breakfast. Room was top notch and quiet. My one objection was no flexibility as to check in time. Guy didn’t really want to check my bags for an hour and suggested I just wait in lobby until 4 pm. If you want to save yourself this trouble dude then let me check in at 3!

The hotel is in a very good location, less than 10minutes from Narita International Airport, it has free airport bus services it’s very convenient to travel around from the hotel , I could see the planes from my room window. It’s quiet, clean, and each day they have different meals for breakfast, I will book it again if I come back to Japan!

The room is exceptionally good and spacious, the LAWSON is another shining point of this hotel as it is 24 hours store! They also provide breakfast, though the choice is limited, you can still be well fed and watered. I would recommend to those who had morning flight or landing late!

You can take a free shuttle bus from the Airport T2 31B Bus Stop to Narita Airport East Inn New Building, which is really convenient!
