AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you

The hotel was not responsive to emails or calls - no way to reach them. Staff didn’t speak English so had a hard time communicating.

The room is clean and tidy, but the access is a bit too far. Although there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, you need to take local bus when you come from the airport, which only comes once in 30mins.

Very fine Hotel. Highly recommended for thise who are looking for hotels to spend their self-quarantine period. Breakfast will be delivered to your cabin door. There is a convenience store in a fairly close distance. Also available to those who are using Narita Internation Airport Quarantine Shuttle Bus. The Hotel also provides free shuttle back to the Narita Airport, enabling fast move via Narita Skylines.

The staff are very helpful. There is a shuttle that goes to the airport for free. The breakfast was great too. Staff are very friendly and I'm very satisfied with my stay there. Totally recommend it.

The bathroom is smelly, remote and inconvenient, there is a lot of airplane noise, the front desk is cold and impatient, the facilities are rudimentary and there is no kettle, the lights are glaring, the water in the washbasin is as thin as silk... there is no sense of warmth and I will not go there again.

Very satisfied! The location of the hotel is ten minutes' drive from the airport. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The breakfast included is very rich, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, all in all a very satisfying trip!
