The Rawla Narlai - A Luxury Heritage Stay in Leopard Country

Can't say enough great things about our visit to Rawla Narlai starting from check-in and throughout the 2 days we stayed. After a wonderful mango drink to greet us, we had the opportunity to sign up for an array of activities, all fascinating and enjoyable. Our room was large and lovely with a nice patio overlooking the hotel, village and the Elephant Hill. We loved watching the monkeys in the early morning on the rooftops. The staff was so sweet, friendly and helpful. We signed up for a village walk which was led by La La where we met so many children and elders from the village, all friendly and wonderful - a great way to settle into a place without the hustle and bustle of the cities. We missed out on the evening dinner at the step-well and wish we had signed up early to attend. We heard that was magical. We did sign up for and go on a leopard safari that did not disappoint. The rangers provided interesting facts about the area and the animals and were friendly and warm, providing us cookies and tea at sunset as we watched a pair of leopards. Marvelous. They also surprised us in the rooftop restaurant with a cake and celebration of our wedding anniversary under the moonlight. We highly recommend taking the extra time to get away from the cities and venture here and especially to partake in the activities. This was one of our best stays while in India.

Outstanding Property and Staff The hotel and staff exceeded all our expectations. The facilities and meals were outstanding, especially the step well dinner. Congratulations on a fine establishment.
