Overcharged and website STILL lists pool under ”Your stay includes” on the booking page I booked the room on the Hilton Honors app at around $240 a night. Upon checking receipt, I was charged $316 a night! No way I booked it at that rate. Sales manager insisted that was the rate, but NO other families I stayed there with paid that amount per night. (there for softball tourney). If you look now, they do not have a $316 rate for ANY nights except maybe holidays! I also NEVER got a confirmation email with the rate on it. Front desk was rude. Breaker in room kept tripping and I had to reset it several times. No manager's reception like the website and elevator stickers advertise. breakfast was decent one day, raw sausage links the next. Using app we pre-checked in and chose a room. Upon arrival the room chosen was given away. What's the point? THE POOL IS AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 2022. But the booking page, where you chose your room, STILL has it listed in the ”Your stay includes” section. They HIDE the fact the pool is closed behind an obscure link that you have to go hunting for. Disappointing hotel for a Hilton member since 2014. Thankfully Hilton Corporate loaded me with Points to soften the blow of this cruddy stay and smarmy business practices.

This is a great hotel to spend an overnight. Great staff - very friendly :) The beds were comfortable and the shower/tub had plenty of bars for safety. The room & bathroom had plenty of space - we did request the ADA accessible room. There were also plenty of towels in the bathroom. The lobby had a pool table as well as seating area for breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and there was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. We tried to go to Westlake Grill for dinner as suggested on the wall outside the elevators for local dining, but it was closed for vacation the whole week (I guess the staff doesn’t update their suggestions). Therefore, we tried the Italian place in the same ***** mall & it was good. The fitness center was small, but clean. The outdoor pool was small, but also looked pretty clean and there were many people enjoying it with the heat! Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the ice-maker as I was looking before checking out. I also don’t know what they were thinking for news - they had CNN on the TV in the lobby. In the future, please have the location of the ice-maker more noticeable (wall signage to show where it is located), update your dining suggestions so guests don’t go to closed places, & choose a more neutral show for the TV in the lobby (local sports would be a much better choice). Overall, would definitely come back! Thank you for the hospitality!!

This was a one night stay on our way down to Florida. Check in was prompt. Front desk staff were personable and friendly. The room needed updating. The rug was quite worn and looked dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the hairdryer did not work. We reported this to the front desk clerk when we left. We paid $16 for breakfast for the two of us in the morning. The breakfast was fine and convenient. For $150, I would probably look for another hotel in the area instead of returning to this one, unless I found out that the hotel had been recently renovated.

Pleasant, professional students

I have been strolling for a long time. I can finally travel and drive to Florida. I need a day off on the way. The room is very large, clean and non-smoking. The bed is very comfortable. Suitable for family living, with a large refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, hot water maker, dishwasher, and usual bowls, dishes, pots. Not far from Walmart, can buy some things to heat up and use in the room. No breakfast, estimated to be the relationship of the epidemic. Try to be less exposed. Still chose this hotel from Florida. Very quiet and safe.

Location is great but I did find a roach in my room.

The hotel was clean. The room, the bathroom was very clean. It felt good and that, despite the tape in the room. Tape sometimes even bad smells. It's not the case. The continental breakfast was correct.

There is free parking. The twin room booked on Ctrip can only accommodate two adults. It provides breakfast for two people. At the check-in, the front desk said that you can bring two children and four people for breakfast. Breakfast is very simple, nothing to do, bread cereal butter coffee milk fruit.

We arrived about 30 before check in time. They told us the room wasn't quite ready but they would send up the manager to take a look, they had been sold out the night before and had over 50 rooms to clean. About 5 mins later we were informed that our room was ready. We stayed here on the 2nd floor for one night. We were in town for a sporting event, we were about 21 mins from the sports complex and so glad I booked here because the Fairfield that was close by was almost $300 a night for a basic room and the reviews were not that great. I booked a 2 queen studio sofa and this room was awesome. Newly renovated, super clean, beds comfortable, clean sheets, no hairs found in the bed. This room was spacious for 4 people and allowed kids to have their own tv. We had lots of towels and wash clothes in this room. The location was great, surrounded by several restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was wonderful, waffles, fried eggs, sausage patties, sausage biscuits, assortment of cereals, bagels, bread and juice. The only fruit was apples. I will surely book here again when I'm in town for an event. You can't go wrong booking here.

Nice and quite with beautiful common areas: this HI is gorgeous: nice high ceilings and beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was good: variety of foods: eggs and chicken tenders. I love there were working hand sanitizer everywhere. We were acknowledged HI members and received bottle water and cookies. They place a $25 ”incidentals” on your bill make sure you get that refunded. The worse thing was the room itself: very dark: very limited lighting: lights at bed and desk. The window treatments horrible: the light comes in and it isn't good sleeping. I would say we were next to elevator and ice machine and there was no noise into our room. There are pro and cons staying here. Mixed review.
