The best hospitality. The receptionists, Lisa and Seyona were extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The happy hub was entertaining for all age groups. The restaurant here serves DELICIOUS food. Laxman, was helpful and took care of all our foody needs and wants. Wonderful experience overall.

In our recent visit in Sep 24, we were pleased with the hospitality of the staff right from reception to housekeeping. The resort is neat and clean as a given with Club Mahindra. The food was awesome and the canteen staff Indrajit, Lakshman, Prajwal, Sagar, Pooja and Senjano ensured we get what we want..awesome personal attention. The resort location among hills and a cool breeze flowing over the lush green surrounding made us feel fresh with our lungs getting good unpolluted air. The season played it's part too with occasional rain and cloud. Great experience

During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Hatgad was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would particularly like to acknowledge the Front Office Manager, Mr. Bharat, for assisting us in obtaining a 2-bedroom unit instead of 2 studios. The team, under his leadership, was outstandingly courteous and hospitable. The Happy Hub Manager, Mr. Sanjay Joshi, organized evening activities that were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Ajay Parmar, and his team did an exceptional job in maintaining the property impeccably, especially considering the challenges posed by the rainy season. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the staff, including Lisa, Maipal, Saurav, Jagdish,Lalit, sunil and Tang, who were extremely helpful and supportive. We express our thanks to the Hatgad team for their excellent hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again.

Really a awesome property opened in the Club Mahindra hatgad Resort destination.We were here for lunch, delicious food they serve in the restaurant and skilled staff. We were attended by Bharat ( Front office Manager) and He assisted us , explained the resort and I liked the cleanliness of the place , the pool is absolutely amazing with view, planning our trip probably next month. My Grandmother was very appreciating to Mr. Bharat for his helps during check in date & check out. Entire stay, He reach out for small small things. We liked his hospitality and behaviour. He is very kind person. He is real asset for club Mahindra hatgad. Thanks again for Awesome Hospitality.

Recently spent a wonderful 2- days at Club Mahindra Hatgad Resort. The resort has a amazing breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Special mention Mr. Bhatar who made our stay and dining experience truly memorable. The resort offers a range of activities, which includes indoor and outdoor games. The food was delicious, with a wide spread of options for both veg and non-veg lovers. Overall, a fantastic experience! I woukd say its all because of Mr. Bharat the front desk manager he always ready to serve the customer at all areas , he is a calm and well trained employee and actually he is a a an ASSET for CLUB MAHINDRA, Overall its a Highly recommend resort for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Great experience at club Mahindra hatgad resorts especially Happy hub game zone staffs are very helpful and friendly Mr. Sanjay , Deepak .Sunil and lalit. Me and my family are really enjoy a lot especially evening activities like Bollywood Dance, Karaoke night, Fun family games, etc... We will come again and again here....
