It was okaish kind of hotel. Average room, bed sheets were not cleaned (lot of hairs were on it, upon requesting the receptionist they agreed to change the bed sheets and pillow covers. Bathroom fitting does not work. Tv was there but not functional, wi-fi is very poor, staff behaviour was good and they provide 1ltr water bottle, no food/room service was available

I wanted book room with airconditioner. The room images shown while booking had ac in room. So I had booked a room in this hotel. But on reaching the hotel, the hotel staff said the booked room was non ac room and I had to pay an extra 300 rupees for an ac room. The room had dirty bedsheets, blanket, towel, no cupboard, had a TV, but it was not working, provided one towel even though I had booked for a couple, no switch board near the bed. Worst experience I have ever had.

Poor stay. In the description mentioned swimming pool but wasnt there. Room was on 3rd floor and no lift. No choice in breakfast only kaanda pohe which was brought from outside. Ac was not cool enough. Staff was good but helpless due to some internal issues in the management, i suppose.

I booked 2 room with payment but once i reach to hotel for check in they already given my room to other person. And telling me that because of the rush your room is allotted to someone. Then they shifted me to other property. This is all happened in night. So not good for family. Highly not recommended for family
