I had booked 2 rooms for 12 Jan 2025. Booking was made on 22 December 2024 which was subsequently cancelled on 27 December 2024. This was as my father was hospitalized due to severe cardiac and respiratory issues. Even though the cancellation was done within 5 days and due to medical exigency i was refunded only 50% of the amount due to their policies. Across hospitality industry including hotels / aviation 100% refund is made on account of medical issues. I had even asked the hotel to share proof of hospital admission/ medical reports etc however not entertained. Highly disappointed from a brand like Sula. The hotel could have done better on humanitarian grounds.

Our stay at Sula Beyond lakeview suite was extraordinary. We came here with my brothers family and once we saw the place and suite we decided to not step out of the place as it was absolutely stunning. Mr. Goswami took care of us with whatever we needed. Will definitely go again.

Very pleasant and fun stay. The staff was really helpful and the spa was absolutely amazing. The food can be better with more options, but no real complaints overall. Special shout out to Arun Patil for being accommodating of all our special requests given we were there with our one year old.

Had an amazing stay at the 4 bed villa at Beyond by Sula! The heated pool was perfect for an evening of fun. The service and tasteful set up was beautifully managed by Akash Dhumal & team. Chef Prem alongwith Danish & team put together an amazing barbeque for the night- including a bonfire in the evening. Lovely stay and a superb breakfast next day to close the stay.

THE FACILITIES, ESPECIALLY THE SPA POOL, WERE EXCELLENT. THE SPA ITSELF WAS RELAXING AND CLEAN, AND THE POOL WAS THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE. THE FOOD, HOWEVER, WAS A BIT OF A LETDOWN. SOME OF THE DISHES WERE OVERCOOKED OR LACKING FLAVOR. DESPITE THIS MINOR SETBACK, IT WAS STILL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE OVERALL. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND THE AMBIENCE WAS SERENE AND PEACEFUL.
