Booked hotel through make my trip. Worst hotel. Rude staff unclean rooms no good service. The front desk person verbally bad. Even calling before and asking their permission they made scene at hotel.

Very poor staff service especially the hotel manager had very bad behaviour, i couldn't book this hotel again, i booked a room for breakfast and dinner but the manager denied for dinner

when i went to bed for sleep, the bed is not clean the hairs are on the bed **** covered & decorated by blanket. the flush of the toilet was broken. i had made complaint at counter but not repaired only they have noted & seen through their room boy.. i had enquired about the breakfast time and when i went, ordered for utappa, the same is not available. they said the *** is not come. they said you will get idali wada. when i ordered the same answer finally i get upama.
there is no drinking water in the room, the bath soap is not there & i get it from the counter after enquiry.. at night around 3, 3.30, the electricity gone there generator is not working. i have breathing problem but suffered a lot. i have not taken any images. will back in afternoon since hurry for office. thanks for 👆👆

Reception services were good. Food was tasty and staff of restaurant was good. Room cleanliness and wash room cleaning was in poor shape. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Even glasses were so dirty available in room. Water supplied in wash room was yellow glasses for drinking water were very dirty bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty dust were clearly visible in room
