The room we stayed in had a mini fridge, a kettle and a thermos. Overall a nice room for this price range.

Unfortunately we booked normal room well in advance but as we entered into the room found 4 /5 cockroaches running around hence we have 2 opt for a deluxe room which costs us almost 50% more told me to cancel the earlier booking and make a fresh booking. We have no other option but to go for it. Room was almost same but at the side of the premises with dirty walls & not maintained at all. Where as deluxe room was far better with good towels/linen, etc. Room service was bad (last january 2024 experience was really good) as we have ask for t-bags and milk pouches twice. Breakfast was as usual tasty and fresh. Good stay with bitter experience of normal room.

Not at all service given properly, normal water bottle they are costing at rs. 32 despite of asking to reception why it is rs. 32 they reply that its hotel's choice to sell it at any rate. No room service, wi fi not working properly

Stay was good. Room service wasn't good. Food quality need to be improved. Staff wasn't very much attentive.

Not at all welcoming staff. At the reception and room service. Restaurant staff was helpful and warming. No mineral water in the rooms and bathroom hygiene was not maintained no basic toiletries were offered

Stay was pleasant and comfortable, property location is center of city, food quality is good, good in all respect.

Poor response to requests bath room curtain torn no soap solution for bathing took 45 minutes to provide very casual approach to customers tekephone calls unattended several times. Quite disappointed. Will not visit again and will not recommend for others.

Room was good but parking is hectic there is lack in hospitality didn’t ask for water also while waiting for room didn’t provide towel in room had to call for towel and surprisingly single tea is of 75rs which is not worthy at all
