First of all I would like to congratulate you all for (IHCL) introducing a new brand as Gateway and we hope on behalf of Signature International Foods that the Gateway brand will grow to great heights in the future. Gatway is really spacious with rich look which can accommodate many guests. I will surely suggest to book the banquet Venue to make your event more memorable. The food is really tasty and delicious. We really liked the Breakfast , Lunch, Hitea ,Dinner are served to our Staff & our Business Associates & all especially loved the foods Thanks to Banquet chef Jadhav, chef Govind , chef sintu ,chef Tayde Mr. Satish sales Manager & chef Ritsh Agrwal of coordinated the event is a model of customer service. They both helped us in all possible ways, right from the Food selection to the Event management. He made sure all our requests are promptly addressed. We are very happy of the quality of the service Specily Thanks to Mr. Yogesh , Mr Akil, Mr Yayti , Mr Rushi, Mr Ravindra ,Mr Dhiraj & Anuj The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. With great delight, I would surely recommend Gateway Hotel for our Next events . Came from Mumbai to visit Nashik for Trimbakeshwar and Saptashrungi gad , by that way ibis Nashik is the nearest one hotel I got , visiting places were too much beautiful also got to experience nice and budget friendly hotel ibis Nashik . Chefs are too friendly and service person to good to contact with each and every person of family like wise Lalit and Darshan were always to help us thank you

We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant. Here’s review from our stay:- 1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. 2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too 3. All rooms are pool & lake view. 4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good. 5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us. 6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant.. 7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible. 8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity) 9. Rooms were cleaned daily. 10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good. 11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm. 12. A superb stay, words are futile to describe the experience. Being one of the oldest hospitality group in NASHIK, what you can expect is far more superior according to price range. Property is good and renovated very well(as per my observation). The location is just near the most of the site seeing places, in the centre of the town. The reception staff is very helpful, they try to solve the problem to their best. They also help to guide you for the site seeing if you are new for the city. And what I can say about the dining experience, it is the best among all. There are 3 types of restaurants available for your service. PANGAT - For THALI range, food lovers UDIPY - For veg lovers RANGAT - For Veg/Non veg and bar. We tried UDIPY and PANGAT, and found their meal and dinner very healthy and higenic and tasty. Even restaurants are listed on uber eats and Zomato also, so you can order their meal even if you are staying at other hotels
