I was in Nashua, NH to attend a friend's birthday event that was held at this hotel. I selected the Marriott Hotel to lodge while in Nashua for this event. I added two additional days to lodge at the hotel, to relax, use the pool, and the health club. It was a huge disappointment that there was no lifeguard in the pool area, and it was full of lots of families with young kids running around the area. It was doubly disappointing because the health club was closed due to it "being out of order." The first night I arrived I went to use the health club and when arrived there, there was a very large sign that read "out of order." I spoke to the hotel staff about this, and they reassured me it would be fixed and up and running the following morning. On Saturday morning and again that evening when I went to the health club, it was still closed. This happened on Sunday, and again on Monday. I had extended my stay by two days to use the pool and the health club, and this was very disappointing. The machine to get "ice" also had a sign that it was "out of order," so I could not get ice for my ice bag to place on my body. My bedroom was not very clean. There was dust growing in the ceiling. And, the toilet was very low, such that it was difficult to sit on the toilet and get up from the toilet when needed to use it. Someone with a handicap, this was very unpleasant.
